New Features: Merge / Delete Photo galleries / Reverse Photo Order

You can now merge all the photos from one gallery into another in one easy step.

To merge photo from two existing galleries:

  1. Click on the edit icon for the gallery you would like to move photos *from*
  2. A new option is available named “merge”. Clicking on this link will display the available galleries
  3. Choose the gallery you would like to move the photos to from the drop down menu
  4. Click on “Update Gallery”

To reverse the photo order of an entire gallery:

  1. Click on the Drag-n-Drop link for the photo gallery in question
  2. Look for the “(To reverse the entire order click here)” link
  3. When you click on the link the photos in the gallery will be reversed

You can now delete an entire gallery including all the photos. Look for the delete icon  next to the gallery name. If the gallery contains photos you will see a warning and a confirmation message. If you confirm to have the gallery deleted, all photos, photo comments from your friends & family, and the gallery will be removed from your site.

Thanks to everyone who submitted their feature requests. It’s the small details that make your TotSite easy to manage. We are continually adding new features and designs based on your input! So keep them coming.

  1. Thanks guys! This will save me TONS of time. Now that we are on year two I wanted to organize our photos and believe me I was glad when I saw this post!

  2. I love this new feature. It’s very user friendly, but I wonder is it possible to add an option that automatically adds the new pics downloaded right to the very last photo in your folder? I post my pictures in chronological order. I have tons of pics and must drag and drop many times in order to get the pics to the end. It certainly would save a lot of time.

    Thanks for listening!
