By canceling your Totsite, we will delete the site from our service. Once your site is removed there is no way to restore your account. It will take up to 24 hours to complete your request. If you are an existing Premium TotSites member - you can request to have your account converted back to the Free account. Nothing will be deleted from your TotSite. Please submit a support request to have your account downgraded. back to top
