Adam was born at 8.55 pm on 11 August 2005.  A day later we were told Adam had Down Syndrome.  A week later he developed a bowel problem called Hirschsprung's disease.  He had surgery for this on Tuesday, 6 September 2005.  He appeared to recover well from this, however, he developed complications and died at 9.00 pm on Saturday, 10 September 2005.  We want everyone to remember what a precious little boy Adam was and how much he was and is still loved.  Please sign the guestbook and check back time to time to remember Adam.  Thank you for visiting his site.
