| Bobby called me while I was out with Ava at a bookstore and said that Lucie said, "all done" three times in a row at the end of dinner! It sounds more like, "a don" and is so cute! Of course, she refuses to say it on demand, so we'll see how long it takes to get her on video.

| Thank goodness! After many frustrating days of trying (and crying), Lucie got it right. Lucie's "typical" development has taught me that every baby is different. I always thought that she would do things SO much earlier than Ava, but here's a good example: Lucie sat by herself at 6 months, Ava @ 7 months. Not that much different!

| Daddy and I were out of town with Agora for 2 days and the girls were with Nonnie, Dida and Grams. When they came home, Lucie had picked up a perfect, mechanical wave! What a beauty queen.

|  While enjoying the day at Oglebayfest, a stupid bee buzzed by and decided to sting our sweet Lucie Scout! I was horrified and so was she. Poor little thing - with some ice and Tylenol, she was back to her happy self in about half an hour. I hate bees!

Lucie's favorite foods are: Cinnamon swirl toast, wheat toast, graham crackers, Cheerios, bananas, every baby food we offer her. She has begun to refuse her bottles recently, only drinking an ounce or so.

| Lucie will play with anything that's colorful - she examines toys for a really long time. Along with her dino, she loves anything from the Lamaze line, like the Moose and Monkey that we have. Her #1 toy is occasionally her paci, which she loves to pop in and out of her mouth and then stare at it!
