I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day. Even though I'm not technically a mother yet, Kev's parents made sure I celebrated it...in church and at home. All the mother's got a candle at church, and Nick and Danita got me a gift card for Motherhood Maternity so that I can get some clothes for the trip. They're great people, very kind to me. I appreciate that. Well, I have a doc's appt. tomorrow at 2pm. Hopefully I didn't gain as much weight this month as I did last month. I have been exercising more this month though, and Kev and I don't eat out as much. Maybe it won't be that bad... I'm so excited about going to Utah. Our flight leaves Wednesday at 7:15pm. We're leaving our house at 1:15pm and picking up my little brother and sister at 2:30pm from school, and we'll leave Mom and Dad's at 3:00pm. Yay!!!

Yesterday Kev and I went to a music and dance play put on by The Young Ambassadors from Brigham Young University at the Jefferson Theater. It was awesome. I coudn't believe how well these young adults could sing! The play was called "The Circle of Life". They redone a lot of songs from many different movies like "Mary Poppins", "Fiddler on the Roof", "The Music Man", and a lot more. After the fun day yesterday, I woke up with a HORRIBLE U.T.I. Not fun! I have had plenty of them throughout the pregnancy, but this one takes the cake. I drank tons of water, and I feel a little better now though. Claire's still really active though. Which is not fun bacause she loves boxing with my bladder, and if you put that with a bad UTI...well let's just say it's not good! :) Back to a happier note. I leave for Utah in 10 days!! I can't wait. Kevin really needs a vacation. He's been stressed lately. He found out he got a B in his History class, which made him very happy and less stressed out. He needed a B or he would make a C for the first time in college. So we're happy about that. He has one more final Tuesday for his Music Appreciation class. Well, I guess that's all the new business here. I miss everyone lots and have a Happy Mother's Day this Sunday!!

I added pictures of my pregnant belly in the Kevin and Sarah photo gallery. If you guys want to see...We are very excited and can't wait until she gets here. I went to a baby shower for a friend at my church. She's due next month. It just makes me want my baby more!! I've started walking a mile everyday because of the weight gain last month. It feels good to exercise again. For awhile I couldn't because of all the passing out stuff that went on. I've had no energy, but when I walk in the morning I have more energy during the day. It's great! Well, I miss everyone and I can't wait to see you.

Today I went to the Dr. After waiting 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room I was finally put in a room. After waiting 20 more minutes in the room I finally saw Dr. Long. It's okay this time though because he was delivering a baby. Anyway, the ultrasound results are perfect. She's still very active, and my uterus is measuring perfect with the August 19th due date. I've gained a lot of weight this month though. Dr. Long said it was okay though because of all the weight I lost the first 2 1/2 months. He said I can't gain that much weight anymore though. On another note, Kev had to go to Houston today to pick up a new missionary. He left at 3 and is still in Houston. That stinks because I haven't really seen him all day. I worked from 8 to noon and then had to go the Dr's appt. Oh well though, that's life.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter! Kev and I are going to my parent's house for dinner at 6:30pm Sunday. I look forward to it. I haven't seen them in over a week, and that's no bueno. Nothing else is really going on. I can't wait until Tuesday so that I can get the results back from the ultrasound. I just want to know for sure that Claire is perfectly healthy. Oh, I have a new craving, Captain Crunch Peanut Butter Puff and Raisan Brand cereal mixed together and Cream Soda Snowcones!!!! I get a snowcone once a day, at least! The Snowcone Hut is just right down the street from our house. I'm off the Pina Colada thing but not the cheese fries. I love cheese fries. Anyway, that's all the updates I can think of. I love and miss everyone! Take care.

Yay! It's a girl. The ultrasound went great! The tech said that "she is the most beautiful and perfect scan I have ever done!" The heart and spine look great, but we have to wait until my next Doc's appt to confirm and talk about the ultrasound. She weighs 12 oz right now, and my due date according to the ultrasound is August 25th. I am so excited. I'll get pics on here as soon as possible. Talk to everyone soon!

I just got off the phone with the hospital that we're going to tomorrow for the ultrasound. They called to get some info about me and ask who I wanted for my contacts. They reminded me to drink 32 oz of water at 1:00pm, be there at 1:30pm, and our ultrasound is scheduled for 2:00pm. I'm very excited. I want to go to sleep now so that tomorrow comes faster, but I can't because the Astros are playing at 6:30 tonight...I can't miss that! I missed the opening day Monday and had to watch the recaps. That stinks cause I missed Jeff Bagwell's standing ovation. Anyway, I was bored so I thought I would write to all of you guys. I miss everyone and hope to see ya'll very soon!

Kevin and I are offically going to Utah in May. We bought the tickets last night. We leave Wednesday, May 17 and come back Sunday, May 21. Kevin's brother is getting married in Bountiful, Utah on Saturday at noon. I'm excited. I love the mountains there. They are so much different from the Appalachian Mountains in the east. I just love mountains though, all of them. Since last Sunday, March 26th, the baby has settled down. Gearing up for life out here, I guess. She has longer sleep/wake cycles. Instead of kicking nonstop for hours on end, she sleeps for like 4 hours and kicks and moves for like 3. Those cycles happen all day. It's a bit of a reflief. She's still so active at night though. It keeps me awake. It's like she's trying to stand up and pushing the crap out of my stomach with her head! Saturday, April 1st, Kev and I were laying in bed and she started kicking a lot so I lifted my shirt up. Kev and I watched my stomach move. When he put his hand on my stomach she kicked him twiced, and he felt it! Yay! We're excited! 3 days until the ultrasound!!!
