Claire has spit up since she was about a month and a half, and yesterday I finally got fed up and called the doctor to see what I could do to help this issue. Judy, the nurse, told me to start feeding her rice cereal in her bottle or from a spoon, whatever worked better. We started last night and we couldn't really see a difference. Today we have fed it to her and she has still spit up. Maybe her stomach just needs to get used to the cereal. We're going to keep trying it until her next appointment which is on the 18th. Hopefully the spitting up stop or at least gets a little better. It's really annoying.

Claire's crib came in yesterday so Kev and I put it together. It wasn't hard to put together, but it was very time consuming. It took us like an hour and a half. It was fun though. Claire slept in it last night in her own room. It was okay, betther than I expected. She went to sleep about 10:30pm and woke up again at 3am, but all I had to do was rock her for about 10 minutes and she went back to sleep. Then she woke up for the day at 7:50am. She'll get use to it though. It's nice for Kev and I to have our room to ourselves.

Today was Claire's 2 month check up. She's getting so big. She had to get 4 shots and an oral vaccine today. She has not been a happy camper since. The nurse didn't want to give them to her because before the shots Claire was smiling and cooing at her. You can tell she's in pain. She so sleepy, but if you bump her legs she will scream. It's so sad. Her next appointment is December 18 at 11 AM. At that appoinment she will have to get another round of the oral vaccine. I don't know if she has to get a shot then.

Claire was blessed Sunday. She looked so pretty in her blessing dress. As soon as I get those pics on my computer I'll post them. Kevin did good through the blessing especially since Claire was crying the entire time. :)

We didn't get to go on the trip. Mom had work that she had to get done before the end of the month. Hopefully we can plan another trip soon.

Claire had her first baby bubble bath today. She seemed to enjoy it. She so cute. She is so happy pretty much all the time. She's only fussy if she's hungry, poopy dirty, or tired. She doesn't even dry when she's wet. She's just sit in her bouncer and smile and laugh. We love her so much. Sometimes I can't wait until she gets alittle older so that I can see her personality and who she looks and acts like. I'm not rushing it though.

Well, her next appointment is in 12 days. I can't wait to see how tall she is and how much she weighs. I'll update then.

Claire sleeps so good at night! After the first 2 weeks she started sleeping anywhere from 4 to 6 hours. Now in the past 2 weeks she sleeps from 6 to 8 hours at a time. She only gets up once in the morning at about 5:30 if we go to bed at 10:30. She eats and goes right back to sleep until about 7:30-8:00. Today she woke up at 5:45, ate, and went back to sleep until 9:30. Then she ate again, and she's back asleep. It's great!!

Claire is going on her first trip. Mom, Jarom, Claire, and I are leaving Friday and going to Oklahoma to see Heber's family. I hope Claire behaves. She usually does really good in a car. I'm excited about going, but I'm not excited about leaving Kevin. I've never been away from him for even one night... I'll update after the trip.
