sick kids
posted on 09/16/2009

Friday Nathan's nurse called and he was running a fever.  Mom picked him up and stayed with him.

Saturday morning he wasn't feeling great but wanted to do his Lung Walk float so he threw out candy from the float and we passed out hundreds of sign up sheets.

Sunday Will started running a fever.  I stayed home with him on Monday.

Tuesday Nathan's teacher called and he was having trouble breathing.  Steve picked him up and we took him and Will to the dr.  Both got an antibiotic for red throat.  Nathan also got a stronger steroid to build up his lungs so the asthma doesn't get him down as much.  Steve spent the rest of the day home with them.

Wednesday, Nathan's asthma still acting up.  He stayed home with Grandma.

Will they ever get better?  I now feel a sickness getting ready to hit me!  :)  I don't have time to be sick!

Its the worse when your kids are sick. I'm home some afternoons, if you ever need me to watch Nathan & Will, I could go to your house. They will be exposed to so many more germs know that Nathan is in school, keep me in mind

Have faith, Mandy. With faith AND the TLC given by great parents and great grandparents will work wonders. But also take care of yourself.
