JOURNAL

01/04/2007

Ben has been home for nearly a week now and is doing really well. He is back in his four hourly routine and sleeps well in between feeds. Ben was 6lb 2 oz when he left hospital and will get weighed at the baby clinic on tuesday.

1234Ben's first night home was exhausting. He was very unsettled  in his new surroundings, and wanted someone to talk to through the night. I blame Donna for spoiling him in the hospital! I spent Ben's first day trying to stretch out his feeding times to get him back into feeding 4 hourly, which we'd conquered by the end of the first

We had a press invasion on the wednesday after he came home and Ben was very good. He stayed awake for each photographer and got to be in lots of papers. We think the reporter from G.M.T.V may come back and try to steal him.

On wednesday night we took him to a photography studio to have his pictures taken but by that time he was very tired and totally un-cooperative. We got a few nice ones though which are in his picture gallery.

We will try to keep the journal a bit more up to date from now on. As Ben permits of course.
