Underwater Baby Boot Benjamin Bailey Athol Marshall       dolphin

Ben has been having a few apnoeas, where he forgets to breathe. His alarm goes off and he's quite easy to bring back. A bit of rubbing on his chest is usually enough to bring him around. The doctor thought it could be to do with his reflux and since we thickened his feeds he hasn't had any more. Let's hope they are behind us. Ben seems to like keeping us on our toes!

Ben got weighed yesterday and is now a huge 8lb 11oz. No trouble with weight gain, a little like his mummy I think. He has big chunky legs now and is really solid.

He seems to have gone through a personality change the last few days. He has gone from a baby that found ceilings and walls more interesting than people, to a baby that looks like he's discovered people for the first time. He spends his day studying us, and has his once rationed smiles are now given in abundance.
