Travis, Kelly, and Bennett...
Tears of "joy" are running down my face as I rejoice with you in this glorious day! Being a grandma myself, I'm so thankful your mom was there to hold little Bennett for the first time, Kelly. It is a moment she will never ever forget! In the photos, Bennett is so at peace and comfy in the arms of his 'family' and the big strong hands of his daddy. I pray God continues to bless you all and 'grow' Bennett into the man He desires him to be.
I think if Jesus were physically standing right there He would say, "rise up and walk...you are healed", however since Bennett is too little too walk Jesus is probably saying, "little man, you just lie there surrounded by the love of your mommy and daddy and be healed!" Praise God. |

Sweet Bennett looks so happy and he is so beautiful! The pictures reveal the joy that the Speck family had yesterday and we are praying that it continues. He looks so happy in his bouncy seat and I am sure he was saying, "I think I am going to like riding my pony!" We are thrilled that his lungs are healing and that he likes his paci ! Sweet Bennett is determined to get well and go home with his mommy and daddy.
We hope that all three of y'all had a peaceful night of sleep. There is so much to be thankful for and we will continue to Praise God for your precious son and pray for his complete healing! May the Lord continue to bless y'all and have a long streak of days filled with love and joy. We love y'all and we are praying and praying. |

He's so beautiful! The pictures are fantastic. I'm sure little Bennett can breathe better now that he's not so uncomfortable all the time! We are so happy that you got to enjoy such a wonderful day and that Grammie finally got to hold Bennett.

Kelly, Travis, Bennett-
We are in the process of moving to Kentucky and i want you to know that everywhere we go i make sure i have internet access to check up an Angel boy. What a glorious gift God has given you.He looks so peaceful now without all the contraptions.The three of you are in my constant thoughts and prayers.Keep up the good work.

What a wonderful sight Bennett Mitchell is! God truly has great plans for that little boy. I am so thrilled to read of Bennett's great day. What a blessing is much be to the two of you to see less and less tubes and wires coming from your baby. The three of you will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers as you continue this marathon. Continue to seek comfort in the arms of our Lord! I love you all very much!

| Just looked at the lastest update how wonderful it was. So thrilled Bennett is off CPAP. The pictures were adorable and he looks so restful and loving all the love from Grammie, Dad and Mom. How wonderful our God is to have blessed us with such a wonderful day. |

Sending love that has no limit to all three of you!
One of the prayers I have prayed over and over and over since the moment I became a mother, is that my children will have friends and role models that will walk with them in faith, and that will encourage and support their relationship with their Savior, as I know their peer will have much influence in their lives. My children are and will be blessed to have such a friend (and cousin of course) in Bennett. As many have said, what a ministry he has already begun.
Thank you for bringing him into this world, and for sharing your precious little angel boy with us. Thank you for who you are!

Yeah!! We're so excited that Bennett's on the high flow nasal cannula!! What great news. He has made such incredible strides in such a short amount of time. We continue to pray for his complete recovery.

We are thrilled that sweet Bennett is off CPAP and that the sun shined on bed 18 today. We hope you had lots of wonderful loving moments with your precious son today. We will continue to pray for his complete recovery and for a smooth transition to the bottle. There are going to be huge celebrations in DC when Bennett gets to ride home in his luxurious car seat. God is Great and we praise Him for all the miracles he has and will continue to perform through sweet Bennett.
Give him a kiss from the Dunns and let him know that we love him just as much as we love his incredible parents. May God continue to Bless y'all! |

 Bennett we are so proud of you & your parents. You with God's help have come so far. Keep up the good work and we pray for God to continue to bless you & help heal your lungs so they can work on their own and you can go home with mommie and daddie.
