| It is amazing all the progress Bennett has made these last few weeks. What a blessing and a miracle. May God surround you all with his angels and put a hedge of protection around you. I am so happy to hear Bennett had a good day and Mommy could hold her son. What a wonderful feeling to love on your son. We will be down next week and hope to be able to come to the hospital to see you. May God continue to give you strength, wisdom for the doctors and continue improving Bennett day by day. Our God is awesome and he has it all in control. Hope you get a good night rest. Will be praying for you tomorrow. |

We are thrilled that Bennett is holding strong and we are so excited that he was held by his loving mommy for 2 straight hours ! I wonder who enjoyed that more, sweet Bennett or his mom Every night since Bennett's birth, when our twins go down and the "rocking song" comes on, I think about y'all rocking your precious son to sleep. I am so glad that it is a reality! We will be praying a special prayer for God to surround y'all tomorrow in your meeting and give y'all the wisdom to ask all the questions and the faith and the strength to hear all the answers. We are praying for sweet Bennett's complete healing and praising God for his amazing progress so far and for the progress he will continue to make. May all three of y'all sleep peacefully tonight and gain strength. We love y'all and we are praying and praying. |

My sweet friends,
It is amazing how soon children can get us to do things! I have been so interested in "blogging" but have been intimidated by the whole learning process. Phooey! Look what Bennett has done! I am now signed up for all of his sites! I entered comments on his pictures! (I'm not sure I've got this "smiley" thing down though. ) We miss you so much at Brooks! I can't wait for the three of you to come and see us! Kelly, you're more beautiful than ever! Guys, when we become parents, we see a whole new aspect of God. What you're going through now? God knows all about it. When you go to Him, just sit sometimes and be still; He's there. He already knows what you need. I love all three of you so much. Deb |

Your are doing GREAT !!! ( from a Friend of Nadine Maxwell) It is such a good sign that he continues to tolerate the extubation. You are very smart to not have visitors, keep all germs away as possible. Even though I don't know you my heart is with you, from my own experiences. Take it day by day, know that we are all praying. God is good, he will take care of you.

Lol. Bennett is awesome! I have this image of him throwing the tube down out of the crib with the Rocky theme playing in the background. You guys should get your rest now, because it looks like this little kid's gonna have some energy when you get him home!

Sounds like an exciting day in the NICU! We rejoice with you in hearing about Bennett's eventful day, and we continue to pray for his complete healing.
We like Bennett's new "helmet," but we think Travis needs to paint a big orange "T" on the sides.
We love you all and we will continue praying, praying, praying! |
