| Travis and Kelly, I was a little behind in getting the news about Bennett. I'm so thankful that he continues to improve, and I pray that this will continue. Jenna and I are sad that you had to go through this, but we thank God that He gave you the strength to bear this burden. I pray the months to come will be joyful ones with your precious little boy. We are happy to hear that sweet Bennett is enjoying his First Month Birthday! We praise God for his celebration today and continue to pray for awesome test results and complete healing. It sounds like Bennett wants to take control of when his tube is removed  He probably can't wait to test his lungs and let out his first cry - he has been practicing in his dreams. We love y'all! |

Happy 1 Month Birthday, Bennett!
You're right Kelly--what a month it has been! I pray the next few weeks will be all about Bennett becoming stronger and stronger, moving to the Hilton, and then you walking out of the hospital with your little bundle in your arms to head home.
I look forward to more positive reports this afternoon/evening!

| Hi Kelly, Travis, and precious Bennett. I am nurse Ashley's mother. I have been keeping up with little Bennett's progress thru your journals since Ashley told me about him. She absolutely adores him. All of you have been in our thoughts and prayers and will continue to be. Your unrelenting faith is such a testimony of God's goodness. Happy 1 month Birthday, Bennett...
Heavenly Father, the greatest gift You could give Bennett (and all of us today) is the tube to be removed...without stress to his little system. FREEDOM...that is what we have in You! Thank You, Lord Jesus. Also, the icing on his cake today would be, for his tests to come back "clean".
Father, in our rejoicing over Bennett's progress, we are constantly reminded of Your hand in this whole journey. I praise You, thank You, worship and adore You. Amen. |
