August was a busy month...

We had Caleb's 12 month pictures taken at the Marietta Square and at the Kennesaw Battle Field.

We had a family birthday celebration...

and a big party with friends and family!

Caleb's birthday is right around the corner and we have done some fun stuff so far this month!

He has gotten a "big boy" hair cut...

played in the sand at Sunvalley Beach...

enjoyed sliding down the water slide.

This summer has been full of learning for Caleb...

He has learned to climb into the refrigerator...AND be told "No"

He has learned to stand in the dishwasher...AND be told "No"

And he has learned to empty my cabinets.

We took Caleb to have 9 month pictures made this weekend. He is such a little ham!
Could that smile be any bigger?

He was having so much fun sitting on the block.

Caleb is now 9 months old and he is growing right before our very eyes. He has been such a joy and we couldn't be more proud. I can't believe that in 3 months we will have a toddler running around! Where has the time gone?
Here is what he has been up to lately:
- He crawling EVERYWHERE.
- He is begining to walk while holding onto things.
- He can walk behind a toy and push it around the living room.
- He is saying, Dada, Mama, and Dudu (dog, dog).
- He has had a couple of play dates with Mason (one of Caleb's new friends)
- He's cutting his 3rd tooth.
- He has learned to drink from a straw and a big boy cup.

Caleb is now 8 months old and is growing up right before my very eyes.
He is now taking baths in the tub by himself. He would play in there for hours, if you would let him.

Since he loves being in the bath so much, I thought it was time to make a few changes...

and felt that it was only appropriate to decorate in monkeys.
