Gina, John and Family,
As the sunrise peaked over the tops of the trees here in Franklin this morning, the Lord placed all of you on our hearts. Another day moving forward is a blessing. For this is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it.
The scripture that came forth today was our of the book of James 1:4 "LET PATIENCE HAVE ITS PERFECT WORK, THAT YOU MAY BE PERFECT AND COMPLETE, LACKING NOTHING."
What came to mind was that there are many things in life that we cannot understand, but we are to remain steadfast and patient. When the hand of the Lord is upon something, it may seem that it moves slowly, however it will form the finest thing possible if we dare to wait until it is complete.
The Lord tends to work on a different timetable then us, but be assured, he never rest.
We are here if you need us..

| I am a fellow cyclist, masters racer, father of four from Asheville. Just read the news and wanted to say that my positive thoughts are with your family. I do not know John personally but I know what cycling and being a father is all about. I am sure he will be up and going again in no time. |

| Hi Gina, I wanted you to know I am thinking about you and praying for all of you during this tough time. You all are never far from my thoughts, so I watch for updates throughout the day from Suzanne. Add our church, Round Pond, to the wonderfully long list of those offering prayers for your family. Prayer is an amazing thing but it's only when you have been lifted up by many voices that you realize just how powerful it is and what it truly feels like to be prayed for. I look forward to more and more good news. Lydia |

Dear John, Gina and family,
My quite time this morning took me to the Book of Job. Some see this book as a hard read, however I see it as a revelation of God's continual care and compassion for His children.
Bank on the security that He will never leave you nor forsake you. He will send His angelic host to watch over and protect you.
Tribulations are hard, but He promises you a blessing for endurance....Hope.
"I have a plan for you," declares the Lord, one to prosper and not to hurt you: one to give you a future and hope." Jeremiah 29:11
Don't forget, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in all things, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God....
Thinking about you often,
