Update 8-10-09

Hi there!
Here is the update on Ms. Elena Sue. She is getting so big and it feels like she has changed so much even within the last couple of weeks! She is using more words to form sentences and she is having an easy time communicating with us what she wants or needs. Plus she is the best little helper when it comes down to her little brother! She helped me give him a bath the other day and she helps me change his diaper, she sits on the bed with us when i feed him, and she gives him his pacifier when he cries. She loves him! (thank the lord)
She makes us laugh on a daily basis with all her silly little events she makes. She pretends to cook in a kitchen and then makes dan pretend to eat the food, which is usually something like a wash cloth or a stuffed animal. Then she goes into the real kitchen and she cleans the floor with a tissue from the bathroom, or if there are crackers in her bed she will sit there and pick up every piece til it's all clean again! She's just so wonderful, that I thank god for the miracle of her existance. She is hilarious and so tender. She cares about everyone who comes into her life and has become very attached to her godmother/aunt Maria.
A little story about her before i let you go....
Daniel and I were putting her to bed, and she said I love you, gave dan a kiss, a kiss for momma, and even kissed the baby goodnight. Then said I love you again. OH MY GOSH!!! My heart just melted.
