I had a request for some photos of the nursery.  Unfortunately, the nursery is a little messy because I still need to move my office to another room in the house.  So, I've included some photos of the furniture in the room.  I'm a modern furniture fan so that's what Baby D has in his room.

8 days (I hope!) and counting.

It seems Baby Dodson had made himself very comfortable and nothing is happening at the moment.  We've still got stuff to finish so it's fine if he doesn't make his appaearance until next week.  I've really enjoyed being pregnant but I really don't want to go past my due date.

I'm chairing a fundraiser this Saturday night for a local theatre so that's keeping me pretty busy and my mind off things so much.  I'm sure I'll obsess more once this weekend is over.

10 days and counting.

I'm 38 weeks today!

The doctor says there is nothing happening which is good.  Dan and I have a few more projects to tackle this week and we'll be just about ready.  I'm headed to Boston this afternoon for a couple of days for a conference.  Hopefully, Dan will be able to get the master bedroom floor painted before I get back and we can get our furniture moved in over the weekend (of course, we still need to buy it!) 

3 weeks and counting.  I'm 37 of 40 weeks today. 

At my doctor's visit yesterday, he said nothing is happening.  This is good because we've still got a few things on our task list to get done in the next couple of weeks.

We had a great time in Philly over the weekend.  We saw 5 films during the Philadelphia Film Festival and had plenty of food and rest.

Renovations continue on the bathroom and the master bedroom.  I hope the majority of the work will be done this week.  The contractors are nice, but I'd really like to have the place back to myself for a little while before Baby Dodson arrives.

It's week 36 of 40.

Everything is going fine with Baby D.  The doctor told me yesterday that's he's head down so he's getting ready to make his arrival in the next few weeks.

Dan and I put together the stroller last night.  Hopefully, we'll get the art hung in the nursery tonight.

 For part of our babymoon, we're spending the weekend in Philly for the Film Fest so we're probably not going to get much done in the nursery this weekend.

Our friends June and Michael hosted a shower for us last night with some of our friends from Trenton.  It was a lot of fun.  You can see photos from the shower in the photo gallery.

 We just want to say thank to our many friends and loved ones for all their generosity (from both showers).
