Quick Facts As of 11/30/2009:
Weight: 23 lbs. 11 oz.
Height: 32 in.
Enzo was seen for his 15 month well baby check up today. He is doing great and is right on target for development. He has grown quite a bit taller since his last check up, but hasn't gained much weight due to him now being a walker. He had 2 vials of blood drawn from his arm today for lead screening and anemia. He did very well, and only started to cry at the very end right before they were finished.
Enzo is learning things so fast right now. Since he started walking, he has learned to walk on his tiptoes, and to walk backwards. He seems to be amazed with himself when he does it! He has gotten very good at stacking things, and putting one object inside another such as a cup or bag. He mimics most everything also. If we rub our head, he rubs his head. If we clap, he claps. He even tried to say "holy cow" the other day after his daddy said it!
He loves Elmo, and we watch Sesame Street sometimes, and read Elmo books. Enzo loves to read stories. He is always at the bookshelf bringing us a new book to read, and climbs on and off the couch to sit while we read. He has a few favorite stories, which he sits much longer for and wants to read them over and over. He also loves to play outside. He will get his shoes and after we put them on, he will go to the front door to wait for us to open it. He likes to play with his wagon, we take walks pulling him or he pulls it around himself climbing in and out of it.
We love to watch Enzo dance! He is always dancing- whether we are singing to him or he is listening to the radio, he moves his head and shoulders and rocks back and forth on his feet! Whenever a drum beat comes on the radio, he looks to his daddy to start "jammin" with him!
