JOURNAL 12/23/2007David has been fed some rice cereal a few times over the past month. He does pretty well with a spoon. Somebody from the congregation gave us a fruit basket for Christmas, so Adam was cutting up some of the bananas and apples to put into the dehydrator we bought at the fall rummage sale at church. I thought we should let David try some banana in his rice cereal, so he got a small piece of banana mashed into his rice cereal. He loved it! Hopefully he didn't inherit his Grandpa Filipek's banana allergy, but so far so good. Since he liked that so much we figured we'd try feeding him a little of the baby food peas we have. He seemed to like that alright, but he was already full of his banana cereal, so he only ate a few bites of it. We'll try a little more peas tomorrow. He's a spoon pro! |
