Home from work. Cruisy day.  Had a meeting for an hour and a half this afternoon so that was good, killed some time hehe

Aime did end up bringing Harrison in just before lunch.  He is soooo cute.... so little and so settled.  I couldnt get over it how chilled out he was.  Didnt make a single noise.  Gee, I hope our baby is going to be like that!   

Two days off now.  Hoorah!   Car is going into have new tyres and brake pads put onto it tomorrow.  Apart from that not alot planned.  Might be catching up with Laurel for lunch on saturday?

Hoping it will be sunny tomorrow and saturday so I can sit outside and get a bit of colour?

Cant decide what to have for dinner tonight, feel like fish so might get Troy to go down to the shop and buy some John Dory.  The way they crumb and cook it is so nice!

Time for another glass of milk I think..... stomach is a bit 'acidy'.

Apart from that feeling absolutely fine.  No feelings of nausea at all!

Ok some people reading this might think it is really strange but the past couple of days when I have woken up I dont 'feel' pregnant.  That is, I dont have the major bloating in my tummy like I do at night, dont feel sick, dont have any symptoms really but then as soon as I have my glass of milk or a bit of toast I am instantly bloated and yeah then I know 'ok i am still pregnant'  It seems to hit me harder at night. Maybe its because I have eaten for the day and my body is trying to process everything?  I dunno I cant work it out! 

Like last night I had such bad cramping, took me a while to get to sleep I tossed and turned for ages...  Lack of sleep really isnt what I need at the moment.   Another crazy one is my back pain.  I have come to the conclusion that it is 'snooks' way of telling me that he/she is hungry and that I need to eat.  As soon as I eat the back pain starts to go away.... what the????? Yesterday I had really bad back pain around 10am. It was that bad that I had to use a hot water bottle again to try and ease it  ..... it was so not nice!

PG does such weird and wonderful things to a woman's body doesnt it? I am hoping the back pain especially is just a temporary thing and it will die down going into the 2nd trimester. 

As for me well work at 7:00am ..... ugh thank goodness tomorrow is Thursday. Last day of my working week then two days off. Next week is going to be a pretty good week - 2 days on, 2 days off, 1 day on, 2 days off hehe

I cant believe we are now in single digits of the countdown until christmas day, scary stuff! It is like any other time of year I guess in the fact that we look forward to it then it is over and done with so quickly (like my wedding day) haha

Anyways off to have banana on toast I think....

Well today I feel yucky. Woke up at 4:30am again  with an annoying 'discomfort' on my left side and couldnt get back to sleep so thought I would do this journal entry. I think the left side must be the side 'snooks' is attached to.

I know this is going to sound strange but every time I need food 'snooks' tells me by giving me back pain cause once I eat my back pain disappears.... bizarre huh? Like I got out of bed with back pain, had my glass of milk and now my back pain has subsided... what the?

Its a not so nice day outside today. Looks like more rain might be on its way!  It is so weird, we are right in the middle of summer yet we are having days like it is winter!

Have to go to Robina Town Centre this morning and buy Aime (my manager) something (she had her baby last week) I cant decide on what to get her. I thought a voucher from Pure Endulgence for a facial, massage and manicure??? Something for HER rather than for baby, ppl tend to forget about what the mum has gone through.

Apart from those 'niggles' I am feeling fine, not nauseous at all.  Hope it stays that way.  Everyone keeps telling "be prepared for it to start in about Week 6. I am 6 weeks on thursday so it'll be interesting!

Not alot planned for Christmas.  Just a quiet one here at home with Mum and Dad.  Not going to too much effort just having a nice lunch with a couple of desserts - pavlova and trifle hehe YUM   The weather for Xmas Day is supposed to be alot cooler.... which will make a change but yeah I am hoping it is at least sunny so I can sit in the sun for a while and try and get some colour hehe

Anyways might go back to bed for a while, its 5:25am!!  No wonder I am tired at night.

Ugh Sunday... another working week starts for me!

Weather is a bit shitty today.  Very overcast but still a bit muggy.  I suppose we can be thankful that it is alot cooler.

Troys DH work xmas function last night was a pretty good night.  I didnt drink of course but enjoyed the food they put on. There was big platters of ham and chicken and I was just dying to have some of it but thought I would play it safe (as it was out in the open) and opt for just vegetables and a vegeterian lasagne they had. What I had was still nice!  I pigged out on profiteroles for dessert.... I looovvve profiteroles!  (had them on my wedding cake hehe)

Well not alot else to report.... I am off to work now

Well I managed to sleep IN this morning, didnt get up until about 5:15am  haha... well thats a sleep in for me!

The weather again is absolutely awesome!  I am sitting on my bed chillin' out watching the pool sparkle..... might have to get in later.

Mum and I are going out for lunch soon.  Mum has us booked in at the North Burleigh Surf Lifesaving club at 12:00 noon.  They have just finished renovating the club and apparently their new menu is just awesome!  North Burleigh sits right on the beach so considering the day, we will have a nice outlook  :)

Sea World tonight, have been told to be there by 6:15pm.  It should be an intersting night, no drinking for me though.  Troy said he was going to get drunk, that'd be right just when I cant.... ahhh well I wasnt a huge drinker anyway!   I am just hoping they have nice food hehe

Well the day ended up quite busy between doing housework, going to Robina to do some shopping and going up to Beenleigh to see Vinnie and the new studio www.vincentswiftphotography.com

I have always had the idea in my head of wanting to have professional shots done when I am pregnant so we've decided to do some shoots starting in about February next year and continue througout 2 to 3 month intervals so we can see the gradual increase (well hopefully gradual) haha in my belly size.   I thought this would be nice to have as a keepsake and for the child to see when they are a little older.  I am thinking too I might even have them put into an album or maybe even get Vinnie to do a digital layout for me ?? ..... He is far more artistic than I am  hehe

I have also decided too to get a plaster mould of my belly in the few weeks before the baby is born.  Thought that was a really cool idea!   Got the idea from a program I was watching on Discovery Health channel on Austar :)

Anyways not alot happening tonight, just going to be a quiet one as tomorrow night we are out for Troy's work xmas function at Sea World.  The theme is 'White Christmas' and apparently everyone has to wear something white and must have a santa hat too, geez they arent asking too much are they... haha

Might have to go on the hunt for Santa Hats tomorrow unless Mum has some, dunno will have to check??

Well yet another day started and what a nice day it is today too... hoorah!  I love fridays as they are the start of my two days off :)

Not alot planned today.  Troy has gone to Brisbane to get the clubbie serviced (he knows a guy that works at one of the HSV dealerships) I wanted to go with him but have to stay home to wait for a courier to arrive this morning to collect our Foxtel boxes.  Once thats done I will be going to Robina Town Centre to Woolies no doubt, to pick up a few things and then this afternoon I am going to see a friend who is a photographer.  He has just opened his own studio in Beenleigh so thought I would go and check it out.   

While I am at Robina I might go and have a look in Target and see what baby things there are.  Am thinking of doing a HUGE layby after Boxing day when the sales are on... hehe.... why pay full price I say!!

Body is a little sore this morning, I had to teach Body Pump last night but I feel good.  Will do a walk on the treadmill later this afternoon when I am home as Troy probably wont be back from Brisbane till later.

We have troys work xmas party tomorrow night at Sea World.  Have been to one function there before and it was really good.  All the rides are open and dinner and alcohol are being provided.  Of course I cant drink but I will most definitely be EATING  hehe

Anyways I have just heard the washing machine beep so must go and hang the towels out.....
