I can't believe that Samantha will be 3 months old next week and Nathanial is coming up to 19 months. In the last couple of months Nathanial has started talking more and Samnatha has started to roll over and smile a lot.

Nathanial started daycare and loves it, we had a holiday party yesterday and he went running to his teachers. I was so happy to see that. Samantha is growing fast and all we need now is for her sleeping patterns to be the same as ours and we are set.

This past week the weather has been fantastic so we did many activites.

On Monday October 22 we went to the zoo, Nathanial loved to see all the animals and was quite attentive to most of them. Samantha slept through most of the trip.

On Wednesday we went to the farm with our friends Andreya, Brenna and Lilah and picked apples and pumpkins.

Saturday we had a birthday party at a play centre and nathanial didn't kknow what activity to do first, he loved it there.

Sunday we went to a fair with our friends and their children...lots of fun.

samantha Rebecca was born early Saturday morning. She looks like her big brother. It was a great surprise to find that we had a little girl, espeically since I have thought all 9 months I was having a boy...no wonder she was 8 days late.

The room is almost ready, the bag soon to be packed, clothes set. We are getting ready for number 2. I can't believe it as Nathanial has just turned 15 months and we are getting ready for baby 2. We don't know the sex which means we have not decorated the room as of yet. We are waiting. Names are another story as well. We have girls names picked, its the boys that are the problem. I guess we will just have to see.

Nathanial is walking around the babies room, peeking inside the bassinet and the crib. He knows something is up..I just hope that everything will go smoothly.

On Sunday may 27th we celebrated Nathanials first birthday. It was a large affair. Jeff and I had are friends and their families celebrate with us as well as nathanials aunt and uncle and grandparents. We had games for the kids and decorating their own cookies which seemed to go well for everyone.

Nathanial enjoyed his day and had lots of fun. In the evening the party continued with friends that couldn't make it to the afternoon event.

I don't think I could have asked for a better way to celebrate his day.

Nathanial has started to take his first steps. He is always smiling and talking to everyone.

He loves looking outside and watching everything happening on the street.  He loves to crawl and races across the hall like speedy. He loves climbing the stairs and chasing the cats.

I can't believe that he will be 1 year in a few weeks.
