JOURNAL We had to say "Goodbye" to Rocky!posted on 11/03/2008 It was a very sad day, but we had to have our wonderful dog put to sleep. I never imagined it would be so hard to say goodbye to a pet...but, it was time, he was suffering and no longer had the energy to do the things he loved. Ally cried because she loved him very much! Her favorite thing to do was to to give him a bone to chew on every day. I told her that God would take care of him from now on and Rocky will get all the chew bones he wants (she knew that would make Rocky the happiest dog ever!) and it made her feel better. So, we say goodbye to a great dog that we considered a member of the family for eleven years. |
