Four months old!

July 15th was my four month birthday. Almost every time someone who hasn't seen me in awhile looks at or holds me, the first thing they say is, "She's getting so big!" I wish they'd say, "Look how talented she is! She can make funny noises while sucking on her hand... AND grab her foot with her other hand at the same time!" Mom and dad laugh when I do this, though.

I've decided that I'm taking shorter and fewer naps now. Dad is busy keeping me entertained and helping me practice new things during my greater amount of what they call "awake time." I have some new toys that I enjoy: a soft snake from the Meijer Gardens, and a plush Nemo that I got during my first trip to the Disney Store on my first "mall day" with dad.

Mom is back to work. I miss her, but am glad that she was able to spend so many weeks home with me.
