June 2009 When dad finished teaching for the year, he and I took a trip to Escanaba in the U.P. to see the family there. Mommy was busy at home; Grammy and Grampy Bigler helped her landscape the front and back yards as a birthday and Father's Day gift to daddy!

11th Week Home Many of the pictures in recent albums were snapped by dad when he finally had time to spend with baby on Saturday. These are no exception! On May 31st, mom was visiting Erin in Lansing, so it was a Mr. Mom day.

Tenth week home We were a little lacking in the picture-taking department this week. Things were busy, with dad gearing up for the end of the school year and a field trip on Thursday; mom and I even joined him for awhile!

Ninth week home and baptism Hope was batpized on Mother's Day, surrounded by the love of her family, some of our dearest friends, and our church family. Together, we wrote our own vows for this special day.

Eighth week home This was an action-packed week, with Hope's first night with a sitter outside the home--cousins Carrie and Rick--and many shopping trips and outings with mom.

Sixth and seventh weeks home Hope is now a big girl, able to hold up her head for long periods of time, sleeping through 10 hours of the night, and much more interested in the many things going on around her.

Fifth week home As this was dad's first week back to school following spring break, few pictures were taken this week. However, now that the camcorder is working well, more pictures and videos are in the cards for the future.
