Vacation fever

It seems like EVERY time we get ready to go on vacation, our sweet baby girl gets sick. She's been running a low grade fever since she woke up from her nap today. Nothing will do except to be held by Mommy - my arms hurt from holding her so much! She did sit in her chair and eat a few goldfish, but after a minute or two, she just laid her head down and fell asleep. This is so unusual for her...
I didn't give her any Tylenol or Motrin - I wanted to see if the fever was going to spike or stay low grade. It was still around 99.5 degrees when she went to bed.
It's time for those two year molars to come in, so we're hoping that's all this is. If she's still running a fever when she wakes up, I think I'll take her to the after hours clinic at the ped before we hit the road for Gatlinburg.
