April 1-7, 2007
Last week Lana had another ear infection, so she spent most of the week home with Mommy. We are so tired of being sick! Lana's teacher Mrs. Michelle lives in the same village we do, and she and I are really developing a fun friendship. She brought her little girl Maylee over to play one afternoon, and she loved Lana! We put some pictures in the photos section. Michelle is having a new baby very soon, so Maylee got some practice holding Lana.
Lana took her first big trip on an airplane to come home to Alabama for Easter vacation! She did so well! We got to the airport early in the morning, and ended up taking a later flight because they were overbooked, so she spent 6 hours sitting in airports. 
She did great, though, and she slept on both flights. Perfect!!
It is so much fun to watch Lana reunite with people she hasn't seen in several months. Her cousin Jake and friend Cole have been her favorites so far - they make her laugh and laugh!
