Saturday 10th January
Mum and i hosted Joanne's baby shower today. Joanne had a great time as did everyone there. She got lots of lovely gifts. Mum and i made up a buffet and had a nice chocolate cake with candles saying "Mum 2 B" on it.

Merry Christmas!
Had a lovely day. Ross was excited when he got up and saw that Santa had been!
Santa was good to him and gave him lots of lovely toys, including a space rocket and moon buggy, postman pat set with van and train, peppa pig george jumper, and peppa pig annual.
Owen gave Ross Peppa Pig's house and some books.
John and boys gave me the  girls aloud book, samsara perfume set, lovely snoopy pyjamas and a bottle of malt whisky.
Boys and i gave John tiger woods 09 wii game, 2 velvet revolver cds, 2 tee shirts and some daddy socks.
Mum and Dad gave me a pair of pink slippers, rick stein cookbook, black top and dressy black with stripe trousers.
Jo and Chris gave me Gavin and Stacy DVD, Hairspray DVD, girls aloud's new cd and and a cute sheep cookie jar that baas when you open it.
Mum and Dad gave Ross a great junior black and decker work bench, guitar and personalised book with his, owen's and the cats names in the story!
They gave Owen a great baby walker and book also.
Jo and Chris gave Ross a fire engine, bath boat toy and fun to learn potty which is like a toilet and sings songs etc.
Boys got lots more presents but too many to mention here.
We went to the 1629 for Christmas Lunch at 2pm which was lovely.

Joanne and i had the prawns with lobster, Ross had some salad and prawns to start, mum and John had the tarlet of wild mushrooms, dad had fishcakes and Chris had vegetables in filo pastry as a starter.
I had lobster, scampi and scallop bisque, joanne, dad, chris and john had the scotch broth and mum had cream of tomato soup.
For our main course, john, mum, jo and i all had turkey, dad had steak and chris had venison.
Ross enjoyed some turkey and vegetables.
Dad and i had christmas pudding, mum had a cheese board, john had a knickerboker glory, joanne had fruit salad and chris had an icecream sundae.
We had coffee afterwards.
It was a lovely meal.
