Congratulations!
My best friend Pauline and her husband Hammy had their first baby today!
Emily Grace was born this morning at 8.55 am weighing 8lb 6oz.
Emily was 13 days late and Pauline had to be induced. After a 13 hour long labour poor Pauline had to have an emergency C Section as Emily became distressed with a raised heartbeat.
Both mother and baby doing very well!
Pauline sent me a photo and she's lovely.
I went out tonight and bought baby clothes, vests and sleepsuits for Emily.
We were going to visit on Friday but she is due to be discharged that day if all's well so we are planning to visit them at home next Monday.
Owen is 13 months and 1 week old and for the last week he has been taking a few little steps on his own! He took 6 this afternoon and was so excited he started laughing!

Ross is 31 months old today!
He is doing so well, even began drinking from a proper cup today without spilling, well done Ross!
I've been back to work for 2 weeks now.....not great at the moment as our ward is being refurbished and we've all been moved over to another ward to work with them and none of us are too keen!
It'll be better when we're back in our own ward.
I'm glad i'm only doing 2 night shifts a week as i'm not there too often. I'm due back tonight and tomorrow but i've had 10 days off which was nice. It's lovely to be with the boys when i'm not working. 2 nights a week is plently as i've got the rest of the time with the boys.
