Family visits

The past couple of weeks have been busy with visiting family. Harper and I took a trip up to squamish mid-week to hang out with Grandma and Auntie Lois (Dad was unfortunately very busy at work and couldn't join us). It was really great having lots of help with Harper, especially at mealtimes and we had lots of fun going to cafes and relaxing at home. Harper did very well with the sleeping away from home (thank goodness!).
Then one day we arrived home to find a card in the mail from Grand Dad. He invited us to BC 150 celebrations at Fort Langley. So, Harper and I jumped in the car and met the Gibsons in Langley for an afternoon at the historic fort. Thankfully the weather cooperated and we had a great time under sunny skies.
Harper is working hard on learning how to pick things up with her fingers. She has almost got the hang of it, but the blueberries on her high chair tray continue to elude her!

Auntie Erin came to visit.

And Grandma too!

Harper and Auntie Lois playing SuperBaby!

We visited the playground in Squamish for a swing!

Grandma enjoyed swinging too!

Sitting on Grandma's lap looking cute.

We visited Grandpa at the Squamish cemetery.

Harper wasn't too excited about Auntie Lois' offerings on the menu tonight.

We visited Fort Langley for BC150 celebrations. Harper gots lots of Auntie Erin snuggles!

Saying hi to Grand Dad. Pretty nice weather for a west coast November isn't it?!?!?!

Harper is working on her pincer grasp, but blueberries are really hard to pick up.

A face only a mother could wash.
