Gubrellas and carousels

Spring has sprung in Vancouver and we begin to get our little garden ready. As they say, April showers bring May flowers. Or in our case, April showers bring May showers.

Matt planted some basil and they make their first appearance!
Harper helps Dada water our baby plants.
Then she has to kiss the baby plants. Awww - too cute!
Harper loves her gubrella!
And she loves singing in the rain!
While we waited for the carousel to open, we checked the playground and the big machines nearby.
Harper waits patiently for the doors to the carousel to open.
The restored 1912 vintage carousel is beautiful!
Harper and Mama had tons of fun!
The museum had a restored 1950's street car.
The interior was amazing!
We explored the replica of Burnaby, of days gone by...
Harper explored the forest trail.
We ended our day on a high note - ice cream!!!
