We came home from work today to find about 5 emails from Sally, at first I was think OHH NOOO!!!!

Then I started to read them, and BOY was I in shock!!! 2 of these emails had pics of Zack in them.... after 4 months we was going to see our son!!!!!

He has gotten alot bigger, and his hair is starting to finally grow!!!  LOL

This brought the BIGGEST smile to my face!!!

Below I'm going to show you the referral, 4 1/2 mos and the 8 1/2 mos pictures... just so you can see how much he has grown.

We can not wait to get the call "YOUR OUT!!!" and your son is coming home.... We wait not so patiently sometimes.... But we are waiting!!!! It can't be long now... we have been in PGN since 2/14 and I'm seeing so many getting out around our time... So we are hopeful that our turn is soon around the corner... after that I'm hearing 4-5 weeks for pick up of our son!!!!! So with GOD will we might have him home before the end of next month or close to it!!!!

This week has been really hard on everyone, It's Sunday and still NO update from agency!!! I received an email from Sergey the head Director saying he was going to contact Aby/Rosita letting them know there would be no more money until ALL families received there update. (Let me go back a bit so you understand, About 2 weeks ago the agency sent out an email asking that all families pay 10% of their final payment in advance)Well we still do not have anything!!! Nor do I really think we will receive anything!!! How can they have the nerve to ask for more money when they are not fulling their end of the services. I have asked our agency to refund that 10% and the $500 we sent in Dec as there was never any test ran on Zack that they can prove. I feel they want the money but don't feel obligated to do their job.

Do I feel I should NOT write about them, NO I don't!!! I feel everyone has the right to know what kind of people they are!!! and what they are doing to SOME of their families!!!! I say some because they are not doing this to ALL their families. There are some that actually do get regular monthly updates, unfortunately we are not one of them as you can tell!!!!

We are told NOT to worry our son is being well taken care of. Well I want to see proof of this!!!! Proof they can not provide!!!! So how can they tell us not to WORRY??? I want them to walk in our shoes for just 1 day and let them see how it feels to not know how your child is doing.

I did ask why some where receiving them and some where not, how can Aby/Rosita pick and choose who receives updates as we all paid the same fee's to them. And now they are asking for more money?? CRAZY!!! I have talked with a few other families that use them and they are REFUSING to send any money as it is not in our contract to LEGALLY do so. Could we have made any worse of a choice for an Agency??? Well yes there are way worse out there.... But for us this is a nightmare with these people!!! All we want is to have our son home and our family to be complete!!! Is this so much to ask?? We are not asking them to give us PROIRITY over the other families but just to send us the updates we are entitled to after 4 months without!!!! I want to see Zackary, see how he is growing. The simple things a mother wants for her child is for them to be healthy and happy!!!! And I don't know at this point what is going on with Zack, I dont know what our almost 9 month old even weighs... I feel that Aby/Rosita feel that these updates are bothersome or pointless/senseless, but do they not know that these VERY small things keep up PAP's going, keep us focused, and let us know everything is ok with our children???

We have heard how busy they are or how they have had a really hard time with the CNA mess, I say BULL!!! There are hundreds of Attorney's and facilatators in Guatemala that do the same job and have went through the same ordeals that these two have and still manage to get monthly updates sent out to PAP's in a timely manner. So this is just a lame excuse!!!! for not doing their jobs!!!!

Can you tell I'm really having a BAD day???? If there was ever a time I feel in over my head it's now... I have yelled, screamed, pleaded and begged and nothing seems to be working.... We have come to the realitity that we won't see our son again until we go down for P/U and we won't know how he is medically until that time also. I know at your Embassy appointment they will ask about your Agency and their staff and I will tell them exactly how we were treated throughout this process with this Agency!!!!

Well there seemed to be a HUGE burst from PGN again today, If I counted right I saw 11 OUTS. Now as we all know not everyone adopting joins these boards so we are probably only seeing an 1/8th of the actual OUTS!!

BUT things are moving, they are still working on 2/11 submits/resubmits and we are only days behind them!!!! It is amazing that people are getting OUT in 1/2 weeks after submit... for us it might be a little longeras we are almost at 2 weeks right now.

I got an email from Sergy, and he and Sally are somewhat putting their foot down with Aby/Rosita, NO more money until ALL families have updates on their children. Sally wrote a mass email to all families saying she was pretty much at her witt's end with them and was getting Sergey involved. I feel this should have been done months ago, but she is doing it now!!! I just want to see Zack and see how he has grown!!!

Last weekend Steve and I went on a shopping spree for Zack.... and I mean boy oh boy  LOL  He won't need clothes for a while  LOL Macy's, Target and Kmart all had some pretty good sales going on. (Thanks Mom for the Target gift card for x-mas) trust me it went to good use  LOL As of right now we could bring Zack home tomorrow and we would have everything we need... well except for highchair and pack n play. My brother said they had a ton of clothes as well that had packed up from Koltin... and that is wonderful too!!!! Zack will never need clothes  LOL

PLEASE keep praying for US!!! We really want Zack HOME!!!!

Well Steve called PGN this morning, as the time frame to call is while I'm at work  ughhhhh

We was resubmitted 2/14 and we are still on the 1st reveiwers desk, In the last few days there has been about 7/8 cases get out of PGN in as little as 9 days!!!! this is GREAT!!!!! They was all resubmitted/submitted on 2/11.... only 3 days before us.....

This is the most positive news we have heard in months!!!

I have emailed Sally once again asking for updates, we have not received an update since Nov 2nd on Zack... No medicals, No pictures... almost 4 months!!!! I understand some what about the CNA mess, but I have talked to another family that has received them EVERY month. Now how can they pick and choose who they do this with, as we all paid our fee's and expect the same thing from them but just dont't get it. I'm not knocking this person, as I am HAPPY someone is able to get them!!!! It's just sad that we have had to call PGN ourselves to find out about our file... That is how we found out we was submitted in Dec and KO'd in Jan. and resubmitted in Feb. Still to this day we have not been told by Sally or Aby that we was ever submitted in Dec or about the KO in Jan.

I have talked to a few other families that are using this agency and they too are having issues with them. I just wish it didnt have to be like this, This is suppose to be the most exciting time and we are ALL stressed out with how this agency is handling things and all the delays in updates and info.

I have one thing to say: get your familes their info in a timely manner!!!!! and start sending updates!!!!

ok I'm done venting  LOL  Not that it really does any good!!!

WE WAS SUBMITTED BACK TO PGN TODAY!!!!!

EVERYONE START COUNTING DOWN THE DAYS TILL WE CAN HEAR THE WORDS "YOUR APPROVED" YOUR CASE IS OUT!!!!!

If PGN is still running 6/8 weeks, not sure right now how things are going to go...we are looking at him being OUT the end of March beginning of April!!!!!

OK!! we got word from Sally on Sunday night that most all cases was registered, and Monday she said ALL cases was registered!!!! This is great news for all families!!!

Now we are just waiting to hear we are back in PGN so we can get this little angel HOME!!!!! If I dont hear anything by Friday, I'm going to make a few calls and see if we was resubmitted back in this week!!! All that is needed is the form that has the stamp and registration number on it to re-enter PGN!!!!

wooooohooooooo!!!!!! Zack is coming home!!!!

Right now anyone that was never entered or kicked out of PGN their case is on HOLD until you are registered with CNA (central auth) this would be the 3rd time cases have been registered. But now that all the appeals have went through the court system and have all been denied. The NEW CA is up and going. The new members was sworn in Wednesday the 6th of Feb. That give attorneys 6 days to register about 3,000 cases. And yesterday the CA only got 5 attorneys registered, and today about 47 attorneys. Now we don't know how many cases each of those attorneys had, could be 1 could be 100. But what we do know is if your case isnt registered by Feb 12th they are saying that you will not be grandfathered in under the old laws, and you will LOSE your baby. We are all hoping that they will extend the deadline as these cases could not register to a CA that did not exist and was not functional until Feb 6th. We was suppose to have 30 business days to get all these cases registered. And they have gotten it down to just 6 days... ARE WE TERRIFIED RIGHT NOW????  YES!!!! who wouldnt be?? We LOVE Zack so so much, and the thought of him never coming home is one I chose not to think about right now.... But in reality it is a possibility and we just pray that does not happen. There is so many people here that love him and want him to come home. Want to meet him for the 1st time, hold him, kiss his little cheeks and I will try everything in my power to make sure he comes home!!!! At times I feel like I'm beating my head against the wall trying to get answers... and yes the Agency and I do go back and forth with what their job entails. But as you can see that has gotten us nowhere as far as updates and such. Right now I can fully understand No pics or medical updates but the past 3 months in unacceptable to us. Right now the most important thing is to get these babies registered again.

I did push till we got a copy of his Dr. orders for the MRI and eye test they want to do. They want the MRI to check for Microcefalia and Hypotamia (small head and low muscle tone) and a Ped. Opthamoligist to check for Nystagmus  due to his abnormal eye movements. You can reseach these to find out exactly they are. As far as his small head, everything about Zack is so SMALL... not just his head. you can look at the video of him, and his pics to see his head is proportionate with the rest of his body. I'm still scared of him having an MRI down there. And if it isn't life or death than that could wait till he gets home. Because reguardless he is coming home no matter if he has some health issues or not. So the results of the MRI isn't going to change the way we feel.

 

We have received yet another email saying Zack needs more test.... They want to do an eye exam, which is ok with us!! they say they will use the money we sent them in Dec for this... BUT they also want to do an MRI on this poor baby.... That is where we have to take a stand and say NO!!!!! There is NO reason for this, they can not show us proof of a medical exam stating he needs this or even what they are looking for!!! Steve called our Dr. to ask questions reguarding this and he said eye exam yes, MRI WHY??? what are the concerns, what are they looking for? He don't feel at this point Zack needs to go through that... we should see what the eye exam shows first. before thinking of a MRI.... And they are saying they may want us to pay for this test.... So if we dont pay for it, they can't do it... well thats fine with me!!!!

There is NO way I'm letting our son have this test.... They have to sedate him and I don't want that... he is only 7 months old.... and Like I said our dr. advised against it right now.... if test like this needs to ran we will have him tested when he gets home!!!! End of subject!!!

There is so much I would like to say, I just can't right now!!!!

We will keep you up to date with the saga of our GREAT agency!!! LOL
