Today we had to take Zack back to the Dr, he was still throwing up and there was a lot of mucus in it each time.  Debbie kept telling me it was in his lungs... and she was RIGHT!!!  LOL

He has Bronchitis and is going to be on nebulizer 3x's a day and is also on an antibiotic for the next week once a day. I also have to give him 5ml of water every hr and then pat on his back as it helps thin and loosen the mucus so he can get it up since babies can't cough it up on their own. He also only gets 2oz of formula every hour until this is cleared up. But he is also eating 3 jars of baby food and cereal everyday. I can say he has gained 1 lb in 3 weeks.. which is better than he was doing gain nothing in months. So he is now at 16lbs (mama's little p-nut)

I can not be smoking around/near him at all the Dr said, this is worse for him... this is going be so hard... because smoking is my one thing that is keeping be sane and is some sort of release... I can't explain it... BUT I know I am crabby without my smokes  LOL

**Now on a good note: Zack has just eaten his 1st jar of baby food off of a spoon and didn't throw a fit  LOL  I started out giving it to him in a syringe and moved to the spoon and he did great!!! Goodbye baby food in the bottle  YAYY!!! He is doing so well and is more playful everyday. He is trying to talk up a storm... his favorite words right now is dadadadada, dedededede, nanananana, nenenene and bebebebe, where is mamamamama?? LOL........Zack sat for the first time today alone, mind you it wasn't for a long time BUT he did it and I am so proud of him. I kept telling him good job Zackie and he would just laugh....He has come so far in the short month I have been here.

Mayra went to RENAP again today to be told BC was not ready again, the lady she had talk to was in a meeting and she was unable to talk with her so she is going into the city tomorrow and is going to see this lady and try once again to get BC for us. PLease keep us in your thoughts.

Well today we got up at 6am to go to the city to meet with Aragon so we could go to RENAP together...The problem was he NEVER showed up!!! How unprofessional is that? He has to be one of the laziest Attorneys or just plain don't care!!!! How can you ask the PAP if they want to go and back out without saying a word to anyone and just leave us standing in RENAP waiting???? It took phone calls from Mayra's brother after Debbie asked where Aragon was to find out he was NOT going to come. We could wait for the courier to bring the paperwork or go wait at his office. I was to say the least fuming!!! and I at this point just wanted to go home, Zack was sick and had thrown up all down the front of me, all over RENAP's floor. I was trying to wait to tell Steve, BUT he read the emails between Marco and myself... he then called Sally BUT as usual she didn't answer her phone, so he left a pretty descriptive message (haha) and before I got off the phone with Mayra to tell him we would have our file on Wed he had already emailed Aragon.

I called Mayra on our drive home to see why Aragon had ditched us, she told me she was going to RENAP herself to see what was going on, she sat there ALL afternoon..... I just got a call from her about an hr ago saying we will have our file Wed....I'm NOT going to hold my breath on this as most of you know how things fall through very quickly here.

I called Mayra back after talking with Debbie, to make sure Aragon has our file translated so when the BC comes we can take 1 day and do everything!!! It will be a very long day but it will save us a lot of time. I have been told all these things CAN be done in one day..We just want to go home!!!!

If all goes well Debbie and I will both be leaving in about 3 weeks to come home not counting this week!!! She is waiting for good news tomorrow as well!!! I hope she gets the call saying it will be ready this week!!! We are going to celebrate this Friday and maybe all weekend if so!!!! hahaha

I think with all the work Mayra does on our files and how she pushes and fights for us that she deserves the last fee to Aragon. As he has proven over and over again to be less than helpful with getting us families home.

As soon as I know more I will let everyone know.

Well Marco got back to me today and he saying that RENAP is now holding our file because they are now investigating our file due to our Attorney/Attorneys which don't know which one but it is either Aragon or Cacacho which have been in the news lately. Marco is saying they are going document by document looking at our file... I just don't understand this!!! PGN goes through your files and investigates everything and clears things with the MP's office before releasing your file. So how can RENAP take up an investigation on their own of our Attorneys?? How long might this take you ask?? Well at this point we don't know... we are still hopeful we will get BC on the 25th.... that means they would have had the file for 1 month to look through everything...

It just seems that down here days turns into weeks then months....The days seems to drag on forever at times... Debbie and I was just talking about this last night....She has been here for 3 months and also with our Agency...We are still hopeful they receive their BC next week as well.... they got OUT a few days before we did. and have not moved forward either.

I emailed Sally explaining how we have been OUT for almost a month and we have moved NOWHERE!!! Our Attorney is under investigation and now RENAP won't release our file with BC until they are done with it...She claims she will talk to Sergey about maybe seeing about another Attorney... BUT at this late in the game I don't see how that is even possible...

We was under the impression that after PGN things would move along....So if you have either of these 2 attorneys don't think your file is going to zoom through RENAP...They are going to hold you up...and if your not going through RENAP the Cival Registry is going to look at your Attorneys, doctors and such....

On top of this the weather has been really crappy!!! COLD and RAINY!!!

Mayra called after sitting at RENAP most of the day, she said "GOOD news is your file is OUT, BAD news is it has a previo but it is a simple fix and quick fix" I personally don't see that as much GOOD news!!!! Now they are saying after being resubmitted to RENAP it might be ready on 8/25. This means more time living here, which I really just want to go HOME!!!   and it looks like I will be here another month maybe longer now, with this KO it now is looking more like the Sept before we are home.

I sat today just crying after I found out this news        Why does everything in this process have to be soooo damn hard?? I feel we can't catch a break nowhere in this process, we have had to fight our whole way through this and we are still fighting to get Zack home where he and I belong.

Right now I am torn between crying and just plain PO'd... I want so badly to go to Attorneys office and talk with him but I have learned through others it does NO GOOD to try to get him to help you!!! The sad truth is we and others with our Agency are pretty much on our own as we have been for months and we are all struggling to get our babies home!!!!

And now to top everything off it is pouring down rain!!!! GEEEZZZZZ  it's that the icing on the cake for today??!!!

I just want to curl up in bed and wish this all away!!! Do you think that is even possible? I didn't think so!!! Just my luck today...

As soon as I know what the KO was for I will let ya all know....

PS. I just got an email from Mayra and she is saying that Aragon has said he is going to try to have our file back in RENAP Monday so the wait begins again. THIS JUST PLAIN STINKS!!!!!

OK UPDATE: Mayra just told me that we got KO of RENAP because they needed an extra copy of one document, instead of them just making one they KO our file. Aragon was suppose to give Mayra the original reveipt for RENAP and he didnt he gave her a copy and RENAP wouldn't except that and wouldn't tell her anything else about the file. Both Mayra and the lady at RENAP was very upset!!!! So Aragon wasted 3 hrs of Mayra's time today with only giving a copy of reciept!!!

Well we didn't get our BC today, But Mayra is going to go tomorrow to RENAP and we are praying that the lady there does help us out like she said she would!!! PLEASE keep your fingers crossed.... after we get BC we are only looking at about 2 weeks or so and we will be HOME!!!!

The last several days have been hell with NO TV and NO internet  GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR It was horrible.... talk about withdraws, I was having them severely!!!!!  BUT it gave me and Zack time to play and work more on sitting up alone... and he is now rolling over on his tummy on his own and kinda liking it  LOL I left him laying in the middle of my bed yesterday to run to the potty when I came back he was on the edge of the bed...I about had a heart attack!!! One more roll and he would have been on the floor!!! So he is getting more mobile....

It is just amazing to be able to be with him everyday!!!!! and watch him learn these new things.

Please be praying for Debbie and Kevin, they are having some trouble getting their new BC issued and Debbie has been here since Mother's day weekend...She really just wants to go home with Hannah!!!!

~~We are all so close YET so far away~~

We are hoping this is the week we actually get our BC, they said it would be ready on 8/7 BUT from the looks of it some have been a week later.. PLEASE pray our comes on time!!! I want to come HOME 

Zack is doing much better, he is eating babyfood but refuses to eat it off a spoon... so I have been putting it in his bottles and he eats it right up!!! I think getting to eat with a spoon is going to be harder than I had thought. BUT as long as I am getting some actual food in him we are doing better than before, as his FM was only giving him watered down formula 4oz every 2 hrs and nothing else. We are trying to fatten up this little guy  LOL He is 13 going on 14 months old and only weighs 15 lbs.

He is not as severly congested anymore and only have another week of that med, but the others Dr. Montiel wants him on long term which is the reflux and the anti vomiting meds. He has a very high gag reflex which makes him throw up ALOT and this med has done wonders!!! He is actually holding down food!!!

I am excited that Debbie another mom from our Agency is moving back to the apartment across from mine, this will give me someone to talk to (That I miss so much) and go to twon with. I mean don't get me wrong I have Zack here all day long and he talks to me in his own little way... but ya all know what I mean  LOL

We got up and headed out at about 10am to head to the city to talk to RENAP about Zack's case and his BC. We was told that the file has to be IN RENAP for at least 2 weeks. Our is suppose to come out on 8/7 and the lady there said all she can do is try to help us get it on this day BUT not before. This is better than nothing right??

After we headed to Dr. Montiels office, he has moved to a new office and it is really nice!!! Anyway he seen Zack and asked if I was giving him the meds he has prescribed earlier this month, I said NO I was given none when I received him last Monday. So he checked Zack over....the results was this:

Zack has a very bad cold, he is severely congested, has reflux and has been throwing up quite a bit. So he is now on 3 different meds he has to take 3 x's a day.... HUNI I need your help with this little one he is a fighter  LOL

So he is now on a decongestant for 2 weeks, an anti vomiting med I guess until it is gone(this one worries me, he is only allowed 7 drops... a drop more could be toxic for him and it could cause him to be hyper) and a med for reflux for 16 weeks (runs in the family  LOL) and moltrin for his teething.... I know , I know alot of drugs for a baby... I said the same thing.... He is gunna be strung out  LOL  BUT I truely know this will make him feel so much better when we are done!!! And he will start eating better too.

Now on to his measurements: he is at 13 months old only 14.13lbs and is 27.1 inches long.... so yes he is very under weight for his age. BUT Dr Montiel says after all this is cleared up he should be doing much better...

I have been trying to give him ceral in his bottles, but tonight I gave him ceral and squash in his bottle and it seemed to stay down so far (crossing fingers) I bought him a bunch of babyfood so we can get this little one fattened up!!! The doc says feed him what ever I want to that he will eat. We are still having a texture issue as he is only used to formula at this time... BUT hopefully in the next few weeks we can change that!!!

Sorry no updates for today, nothing really going on.

I did get a call from Mayra later today saying we was going to talk to RENAP in the morning and see if they will help us get our GC BC quicker. Please pray they will help us.

It seems Zack's congestion and cough is getting better and now I am sick  LOL   I have a bad head cold and feel horrible. I am used to Steve taking care of me when  I am sick   

I will let ya know tomorrow what RENAP says and how the DR visit for Zack went. I talked to Dr. Montiel Saturday and asked him if we could come in Monday. I want to get Zack checked and get some measurements on him as we have not had any truthful ones in forever. I have no idea whathe even weighs right now  LOL  I know he is very long(tall) I also want to talk to him about Zack feeding schedule and why he sometimes is still throwing up.
