Today is Dominic's FIRST BIRTHDAY!!!!

HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY DOMINIC !!!!

We met Tamara and Dominic while we was in Guatemala in Dec of 07'. Dominic is such a little cutie!! Although not so little anymore  LOL  he is becoming a Big Boy now!!! I am so Happy for Tamara that she is able to spend his 1st b-day with him and what a wonderful gift that they are now in PGN!!! I am praying for a speedy OUT for you two!!

I can not beleive it!!! Our BMI was finally done!!! We have waited almost a month and this was our 3rd attempt at it....and our 3rd time back in PGN.... Maybe the 3rd time is a charm???

The BM came into town on 6/24 and stayed in Guatemala City over night so she wouldn't miss the interveiw as she had done before. Luis went and picked up Zack and FM early on the 25th....Mayra came with BM and Rosita was there too.

We have been told the PGN interveiw went really well, after the BMI they headed over to Attoneys office to sign POA and Custody papers for Zack. So all of this has been done!!! NO MORE ROSITA or ABY!!!!!! YAYYYY

We were also told there is one paper that needs corrected, Rosita was on the CNA registration, BUT all paperwork for Zack was in FM's name... So Attorney just has to write up a statement for why this was like this and submit it to CNA to be corrected.

As far as we know right now we DO NOT have a KO... I was told the document can just be added, but we are good. Let's pray this is correct. We have asked serveral people about this just to clarify...I don't want to get my hopes up and then have them crushed once again.

Once we hear PGN is going to expedite Zack's case I am hopping on a plane and will stay in Guatemala until we can bring him home, Steve will join us after we receive our Visa appointment. AS is saying if PGN expedites they can get everything else expedited too... So they are saying from PGN OUT to home should be about 2 to 3 weeks... Let's hope they are right....

As soon as we hear anything else I will post!!! We are hoping the next post will be our OUT!!!!

We got the best news last night, we now know where Zack is!!!! He was placed back with his original foster mom last month. We asked Luis contact her last night and she does say she has Zack. She is saying that she needs money for formula, baby food and diapers as she is not getting paid from Rosita. Luis is meeting with her today to get the whole story of what has happened and what is going on. She is claiming she has had Zack this whole time, BUT Marco has told us he was just placed back there last month and I believe him. So we are waiting to see what Maria(fm) tells Luis today. We want her to have what she deserves for caring for Zack and we want Zack to have the things he needs.

I have also emailed Marco again and he has told us that the Attoneys had told him yesterday that they have requested a new appointment at PGN for next week!!! I have asked him if we can still try to expedite Zack's file out of there and if so can we still expedite the rest of the process after PGN. I am waiting for a reply for that.

IF we can get the rest of the process after PGN expedited still, after PGN approval I am going down there to stay with Zack until we can get him home. Steve will fly down before we have our visa appointment to be with us. Marco was saying if he could get it expedited it might take 2-3 weeks AFTER PGN approval to get Zack home. So I would only be down there for a few weeks, then we would fly home as a COMPLETE family!!!

I also wanted to say "THANK YOU" to everyone for all their support and prayers during a VERY trying time with not knowing where Zack was!!! Someone from above has heard those prayers!!!

Not for us, BUT for other families!! There have been a few families getting OUT of PGN this past week with our agency.

There is one family that I just want to say CONGRATS to!!!! Stacie, Maysa is coming home!!!!!! YAYYYYYY!!!!!! You know how happy I am for you girl!!  I really HOPE we do get to be in Guat at the same time, I want to meet you and that beautiful little girl of YOURS!!! I feel like we have known each other forever  LOL

As far as us we are still waiting to see if the BMI is scheduled or being rescheduled... We have heard nothing at all from any resource. All we can do is sit and wait!!!

I will be posting pics of Zack's b-day presents later on today.....It turned out to be a great day!! I walked in to find all the stuff my MIL and SIL had brought over for him and a box sitting on my porch from my friend Kim(hey girl) plus the stuff my girls at work got for him!! It was so great that everyone remembered Zack on his special day!!!!

WE LOVE AND MISS YOU SO MUCH AND I CAN'T WAIT TO HOLD AND KISS YOU AGAIN!!!!

Today is gong to be a hard day as we really thought we would have Zack home by now. We was told 2 months ago that they (Rosita and Aby)would try to get Zack's case expedited. But they have actually done nothing but prolong it even more.

This is the email we got from Attorney after it was translated:

HE HAS THE INFORMATION ALREADY. THE LADY (I GUESS REFERING TO THE BIRTH MOM) LIVES IN TOTONICAPAN. WE’RE WAITING FOR A NEW APPOINMENT FROM PGN.

I just want this to be over and I WANT MY SON HOME!!!!!! These(Rosita and Aby) people don't have a heart and they don't care about these children!!!

As soon as we hear something else I will let you know.

This is going to be a hard enought week without all the other stuff that needs to be done, Zack turns 1 on Thursday... and as some of you know it is the hardest thing to face....Not being with your little one and having them home.

We are also praying Luis has much luck in finding Zack's BM as Rosita is setting every road block there is for us. I found out from Marco that the meeting on the 6th with Rosita, BM and Attorney. Rosita talked to BM and now the BM refuses to sign anything until the interview is completed...And Rosita is set on that NOT happening!!! If Luis does find her he will have to gain her trust before anything can happen. I pray he able to do this. On top of all this we don't know where Zack is... so Luis is trying to find him also...Please pray we are able to find our son and bring him home!!!! This interview is the only standing in our way of getting him home.

As some of you know Rosita had wanted $1,000 to bring the BM in for the interview, Luis only gave her $500 of that. He is now using the other $500 to start his search as Rosita did NOT fulfill her end of the bargin... NOT that it suprises me any, this woman is capable of all sorts of things. I have seen this with other families working with our agency and the problems she has caused them. I am glad to report that one family HAS had their interview and it went WELL, and another family has had their FC and DNA appointments done. ALL without the help of Rosita!!!! Our agency also works with another attorney and it seems all is going well with their cases as Rosita don't have her hands in that.

I know there are ALOT of people praying for this to happen for Zack and us... And I know God hears prayers...May this be the week we get some GOOD news and our case can go forward.

Steve and I was just discussing me going back down, he thinks someone needs to be there to keep things going. We know with me going back down I WILL NOT be able to see Zack as we don't know where he is or who he is with. And this is the part I am having such a hard time with.

Steve's family and my friends have been just wonderful in all the support they have given us and I couldn't have made it this far without them!!!

I hope to be posting better news as the week goes by.

Well it's another Friday with nothing good to report.

We had another interview scheduled for today at noon.... and guess what??? yep, that's right Rosita never showed with the BM. So we missed yet another appointment!!! Right now I am feeling sick and just want to puke!!!

We have hired Luis to help us locate BM and try to find Zack... As of right now we don't know where either are and we have to have both of them plus the gardian of Zack to complete this appointment.

Right now we could hang Rosita like a pinata and just start poking/hitting away!!!!!

We hope Luis has some luck, because we need all the luck we can gather right now....

ALSO......CONGRATS!!!! to Kim who after 4 attempts got her interview completed today!!!!! I am so happy and relieved for her!!!!
