Well we heard from Sally and Marco today that the BM went back home on Friday, she promised to come back for the interview when it is rescheduled... Who knows when that might be???

I am to the point I'm just tired, tired of all the waiting, all the delays, tired of all the lies. I just want to crawl in bed and get up when we are OUT...I have had a knot in the pit of my stomache since Thursday...and it just won't go away...

Our Agency is trying to cut ALL ties with Rosita and Aby, I personaly think it's a little late for that... so much damage has been done to so many families. Their are 5 families right now that don't even know what is going on with their adoption, rather it is going forward or not... my heart breaks for them and their children!!!

Please keep all Faithful's families in your thoughts and prayers as there is so many families in limbo right now.

I don't even know where to start with this post.... I guess we will go back to Thurs and go from there.

We got an email from Marco stating the interview was Friday afternoon and he hoped all went well!!

Fast forward to Thurs night, my cell rings and I see a Guat number on it. I'm figuring it was Marco.... BUT it wasn't!!! It was another family from our Agency that is in Guat. right now with his daughter. They had just had their BM interview that day... He stated that ALL went well. Then he starts to tell me that Rosita is demanding money to bring Zack's BM to the PGN appointment... At first I thought she wanted the $500 upfront....BOY was I wrong!!!! Rosita wanted $500 that night and $500 after the interview was done... We had to make a choice right there what to do....How was we going to get Rosita that money at 8pm at night??? The other family said they would put up the money for us and we could wire it back to them... So they gave Luis a $1,000. That was 500 for before and 500 after...

We than called Marco to see what in the world was going on, he said that Rosita was telling the Attorney that she was NOT going to bring the BM in to PGN...

So I called Luis back again, He then called Rosita back asking her what was going on... was she bringing BM?? She stated she had never said that!!! That she was leaving in the morning to get BM and would be at PGN with her... She called our Attorney at noon to say she was still a few hours outside the city, She finally showed with the BM but it was way to late for the appointment. So YES that means we missed our appoinment.

Now another thing is when I called Luis back to verify Rosita was going to get BM he said Rosita was now asking for $900 after the interview!!

This woman and her whole family, Abi and her husband Mario are involved in this scamm....They are corrupt, pure and simple!!! They do NOT care about these children or the care they are recieving as long as they get MONEY out of this... It's like they treat these children as a pawn to see how much money they can get for them... IT IS SICK!!!!

When this is all over, I will not just let this go. There has to be a stop put to this and the harm done to families and their children!!!

We can not say how grateful we are to this other family for all their help!!! THANK YOU!!!!

When we heard back from Marco on the meeting I will let you all know!!!

I received a call from Marco this afternoon, He said in the conversation that our interview is Friday afternoon. He did NOT say if Luis and Mayra or Rosita was bringing BM to appointment. I just hope she makes it!!!

Marco said we should hear from PGN by Monday if all went well with appointment and then see what the Attorney had to say about it. As everyone is aware they do talk with the BM's alone for a few minutes. As soon as Marco hears how the appointment went he will let us know!! IF all goes well with PGN we will finish with 2nd reviewer and then for final signature.

He has stated that he has already talked to PGN about our case, so they are aware of Zack's medical needs to be home and receiving care. He said once the appointment is over our file MIGHT be OUT of there in about 1 week because of the medical expedite!!!!!

He said with PGN trying to expedite this everyone else will follow suit with the expedite. And with this we are looking at maybe 2 weeks for our BC,Passport,DNA and pink. Now if this ALL falls in line(PLEASE LET IT) we COULD possibly have Zack home or on his way home by the end of THIS month!!! This is going to be the hardest few days to wait for this news!!!

PLEASE keep Zack, his birthmom and us in your PRAYER!!!

This MIGHT actually be IT!!!!

Also there are all the other families with our Agency that are having the same problems and some much worse, Please keep them in your thoughts as well!!! We all need all the support and prayers we can get at this point!!! We are fighting to get OUR kiddos home!!

Also on a side note: Sally from our Agency has flown to Guatemala today to try to see what is going on down there.... I'm worried about her messing things up far worse than they already are!!! BUT I hope she is able to get some news on what is going on!!!

As soon as we hear anything more about this I will post!!! I hope we have NO more KO's!!!!!! I just couldnt take it if we did!!

We just heard from Marco to confirm what Sally had told us today! We have our BMI (birth mother interview) set for Friday!!! I am praying that Rosita brings her in!!! She has already cost families to miss their interviews...and they have had to be rescheduled!!! Or she is telliong families she can NOT locate BM. Which we ALL know is a LIE!!!

I have NO idea how long after Interview cases are being released. I have heard about 10 days, BUT at this point no-one really knows!!!

Marco is suppose to call me in the morning, I do know they are suppose to talk to PGN about Zack's medical issues while they are there for Interview(at least that was the last we heard)... so I will keep you posted as to what is going on!!!

Well the 1st cases have come out of PGN today!!! Some were for previo and some was with Approval!!! BUT things are starting to move again!!!!!!

We are with the 2nd reviewer and are waiting to see if we have to have a birthmom interview..We are waiting to hear back from Marco as to what happened in his meeting with our Attorney and see if Zack got moved to the Foster Mother he was suppose to get moved to. If so we will be able to have contact with her, which will be great!!!

I also want to ask Marco when Zack is going back to the DR, as I want all his CORRECT measurements. Not the lies Rosita and Abi have been telling us for months on end.

There is so much going on with our Agency and Facilitators that I can't even post here... I can say it is just amazing at what corrupt facilitators will do for money!!!!

As soon as I hear from Marco or find out anything aobut our case I will post!!!

Keep praying for these cases to fly out of there, for every case that comes out that makes ours one more closer to being OUT!!!

As I read and email other families that I have come to care very much about thier cases and children, I find myself so mad and disgusted at what is happening to their family and children. As well as my own.

Where does the line get drawn? We are talking about children's lives here!!! And these people are crossing that line further and further everyday!!!  It makes me sick!!!!

As they keep promising more things for more money and never deliver what was promised and still have nerve to ask for more $$$$, just disgusts me. These are pure evil and corrupt people!! There is NO doubt in my mind at this point!!! I pray everyday for these families and us!!!

I also have friends that are becoming very weary of the process because it is taking so long and the delays for us is never ending. But we have to keep faith these children WILL come home!!! It may just be taking longer than we would like, which I for one am not content with this either. But I have to keep the BIG picture in my head to keep me going, this is what is working for me! This is the only thing that gets me through the day, besides the news we get from Marco. I can say he is our lifeline to Zack right now!!! And I am so forever GRATEFUL to him and all his work on our case, for us and for our son!!!!

I have tried to look on the web to see if I can find anything about Primary and Secondary vision... so far I have found nothing!! I at this point don't really understand all of this.. My SIL is trying to find some answers to this as well. If any of you reading this knows anything about Primary or Secondary vision please let us know. As Zack has NO Primary vision and only slight Secondary vision and we are trying to find out all we can about this before we get him home.

We had a call on Thurs saying we have moved to the 2nd reviewer.... It's about time!!! I had begin to think our file was under a desk lost!!  LOL

There is so much more going on behind the scenes with our case, more than I cam write here. There are things that are so disheartening concerning our agency and the corrupt facilitators we have. It was nice of the Agency to let their families know that they had NEVER signed a contract with these people... and now we find out after they mishandled ALL of the families money... they let us know there is really nothing they can do at this point!!!

PGN is still investigating the files and interviewing the birthmothers. They said this would take 1 month... I think 1 month would be up 6/09..then they said they would start reliesing files. We wont be one of the first released because we have had NO BM interview as of yet. This is now a new requirement to complete your case.

I hope we see cases come flying OUT of PGN in the next 2 weeks.

Well as you all know I try to keep up on other adoption blogs, and I really try to keep up with the ones from Faithful. There are a few of us keeping in touch from our Agency and keeping each other in the loop on what is ging on with our cases.

The facilitators Rosita/Abi are threatening the families now. They are demanding money for steps of the process to be completed this is on top of all the money already paid to them. And if they don't give in to these threats/demands they are telling these families that their adoption will NOT be completed and they will lose thier children. This is BLACKMAIL plain and simple!!!!!

These people are NOT about the children, they are about the MONEY!!!! and this is what I have said all along!!! I have said this to Sally for months and she kept saying she trusted them, they would not do this.... Well I say "here's it is in your face Sally" Now what are you and the Agency going to do about it??? And if they do nothing do they understand they can and will be held accountable in the end? They hired these crooked people, they are responsible for their actions as well.

This Agency leaves alot to be desired, they are NO help to their families what so ever... They seem to let the facilitators call all the shots... which leaves me to wonder why we paid them in the first place?? How can they stand by and let corrupt facilitators do this to the families that signed with them in good faith, other than they are corrupt themselves?

I am so happy we have Marco and AS on our side. I know I am recieving good info from them and they will not sugar coat anything, and will not make excuses for what is going on. I know they will be the ones that get Zack home. As our Agency has been NO help so far with anything in our case. They can NOT get us info on our son, They can NOT seem to to able to make the facilitators do their jobs. They keep saying it's a money issue... and to some point they are right, money for Rosita and her family to pocket. Not for the care of these children. These people could careless about these children, all they see is $$$ signs knowing that after these cases are done they are OUT of a job.
