Do you know what I did last night??  I slept for SEVEN HOURS IN A ROW!!  Went to bed really early too because I didn't get much of a nap during the day.  Woke up an hour later and Mommy figured it would be a long night.  As usual, I woke up when she went to bed and we nursed and I fell back to sleep.  Then I woke Mommy up at 7am.   Of course, I didn't go back to sleep so our 9am wake up time has been cancelled for today.  But Mommy doesn't care because 7 hours of uninterupted sleep is unheard of in this house and she's very happy with me.

Thanks to Applebee's, we got to go out for dinner tonight.  Sonyea got signed up last year for the birthday club and got a free dinner for her birthday.  We finally got around to going tonight. 

I was so good.  We took a few photos, they'll be up later.  I sat in the high chair and checked everyone out.  There was another little girl sitting at the table next to us and pointed to each other a lot and "chatted." 

I got to drink water from my cup, Sonyea was nice enough to share her grilled cheese sandwich and french fries with me.  I even got to have some of Mommy's chicken.  The best part was the spinach/artichoke/cheese dip.  Oh Yummy!!

I even got to color with some crayons.  Mommy and Daddy were very excited to know that me and Sonyea were well behaved and had fun.  They even each had a beer to celebrate being able to go out again. 

I was standing around playing this afternoon and out of the blue, I took a small step.  Mommy said that was huge.  Sonyea didn't even notice.  I've been doing a good job of walking while holding onto Mommy's hands but nothing really alone.  After dinner, Mommy and Daddy sat across from each other and put me in the middle to see if I'd do it again.  I did!  One small step!!  Sonyea was really into walking with me and showing me how to do it.  Mommy still thinks I'm awhile away from walking on my own, but it's a start.  YaY Me!

I had no idea what to expect again today.  Mommy made us hurry to eat, hurry to dress, and hurry out the door again.  We've been doing a lot of that lately.  Busy, Busy, Busy!

We were a few minutes late and very sad that we thought we missed out friends.  We were to meet at the mall and headed out as fast as we could.  Got there and instead of sitting in the stroller, Mommy put me in the hip hammock.  I got to ride the whole way.  It was fun.  I like to snuggle with my mommy. 

Farm Days at the mall is a huge success.  There weren't as many people there this year as in the years past so it was really nice.  Sonyea did a lot more this year and really enjoyed the company of our friends.  A few of MY friends were there too but we are still too small to really interact with each other.  Especially since we still ride in strollers.  Marshall was there, Colleen and Jocelyn too.  Sonyea isnt'the only one with friends you know!

I got to see an alpaca close up, rabbits, chickens, and some baby cows.  Mommy wouldn't let me pet them though.  She said maybe next year.  At the end of the petting area we got some string cheese.  YUM!  I ate both of them.  I even got some lemonade at Auntie Anne's.  Mommy said sometimes it's a bad thing that I know how to drink from a straw. 

While Sonyea did a lot of projects, Mommy and I hung out with her friends.  She still smiles when she knows she has friends. 

What another great day!

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DAY TODAY!!!  We got all dressed up and headed out the door to run a few errands.  We ended up in the middle of Vestal so Mommy decided to stop at the Rail Trail.  Sonyea rode her bike for a short bit and then ran around.  Mommy said it's a good thing we have a big stroller now and can carry her bike with us when she's done riding it.  It was fun.  We ended up at the playground.  I forgot how much I love to swing!  I smiled the whole time and kept saying "weeeeeee".  I really enjoyed it.  While Sonyea was off playing on the big kid playground, I got to slide down the slide a few times.  I was a little leary of it but the sun was in my eyes and I really couldn't enjoy it as much as I should.  Next time I'll know what to expect, yea, that's right.  We were not happy about leaving either.  We both wanted to stay and play but Mommy had an appointment at 2pm so she had to get us home, lunched and down for a nap so she could leave. 

When she got home, we didn't even notice she was gone.  We were all still sleeping.  Worked perfect so Daddy didn't have to get up and watch us.  But we were a little miffed that she woke us up!  Neither one of us likes to be woken up when we are sleeping nice and sound!  Rule #1 of taking care of babies is you are not supposed to wake a sleeping baby!  But she had good reason.  We had plans to go play with Donovan and Kait and Miss Heather!!  It's always so crazy there but it's so much fun.  We love it.  Mommy really enjoys the entertainment!

They have a really cool trampoline for one with handles and I worked it awesomely.  Mommy left her camera in the car and we were playing in the attic so she didn't get any photos.  You should have seen me, I climbed right up by myself and I didn't want to stand up but once Mommy showed me how to I was a-jumpin!!  I love to bounce, do it on the couch every day now so this was the perfect toy for me!  Boing boing boing! 

Our busy day was capped with dinner and a movie!  I don't pay much attention to the movie nights around here but I know one day I'll really like them.  Especially once I'm allowed to eat popcorn!

We got up this morning after another VERY ROUGH night of very little sleep and Mommy called the doctor.  Got an appointment for 1pm and then headed to Johnny Only. 

Again, we met up with a few friends and I really enjoyed myself again.  I love watching all the kids and listening to the music.  I even get some dancing in.  I love to dance!  Any time I hear music, I dance.  Mommy said that's one of my words.  I can't talk yet, but I know a bunch of words now.  Bounce, dance, Mommy, Daddy, Sonyea, Vicky, hello, phone, boobie....  My favorite song is Tooty Ta.  If you don't know it, google it!  It's so fun! And I love the Bubbles song because of the real, live bubbles!

When Johnny is done all the kids go behind the curtain and play.  Mommy let me play for a little bit today too.  I love to roll balls around and play catch.  I'm good at it too. 

Went home for a quick bite to eat and then we headed to the doctor's office.  Sonyea went first, she had her ears checked because she is done with the antibiotics for her sick ears and they are still red but getting better. 

As soon as the doctor started looking at me, I knew he wasn't going to find anything.  I'm not sick!!  But I have SEVEN teeth coming in.  My top front one will be here any second now, the two on the top sides are coming in very soon and the two on the bottom should be here soon AND my One Year Old Molars are coming in already!!!  Doctor said it's no wonder I'm not sleeping.  He recommended Tylenol and then I got a sucker.  YYYUUUMMMYYYY!!!  My first solo sucker.  I gave the whole thing to myself until I dropped it when we were getting my poncho on to go home.  I was very sad.  It was purple and I became a STICKY MESS!!! 

After we left the office, we walked down the hospital to the fountain so Sonyea could see the water and throw a few coins in.  I smiled and pointed to everyone.  That's my way of waving 'hello'. 

We got up today and headed to Chuck E. Cheese's.  It's so fun there.  I actually spent most of the time in the hip hammock running around with Mommy but towards the end I really got to have some fun. 

I got to ride a few rides and even got to do one by myself. 

Mommy buckled me in and I kept standing up and playing around.  It was so fun.  I look forward to going back again and doing stuff on my own..

Oops, Mommy just noticed she's been updating the journal section of Sonyea's site and forgot mine.  Silly Mommy!

We'll start at the beginning of last week.  Sonyea was still sick so we didn't do much of anything.  Tuesday, she was feeling better so she had a make-up gymnastics class and I stayed with Daddy.  He had to run back home and get Mommy's wallet so I napped in the car for a little bit.  Afterwards, we went to Wegmans.  I got Mommy and Daddy all to myself.  Sonyea went into WKids and played. 

Wednesday, we got up and went to Johnny Only.  Mommy ran into a bunch of people she knew so we stayed to play for a long time.  It was all fun until Sonyea started whining because Mommy forgot her sports cup.  Silly Mommy for forgetting something so important!

Thursday, we had an appt for Head Start for Sonyea and I slept through the whole thing!  Woke up on the way to Sam's Club.  We bought a few things we needed and then had lunch.  I got to eat pizza.  YUM!

Friday, we went to Miss Lísa's house to play with Baby Callie and Alaina.  We love going over there and making a mess.  Alaina was a lot of fun to play with today too.  She's opening up a lot to us finally!

Saturday was gymnastics day again and instead of watching, Daddy took me to Grandpa John's house to see everyone.  I just hung out with Daddy and snuggled.  I got very little sleep today too.  As soon as we got home we had lunch and then headed right back out the door.  We went to my first parade. 

The St. Patrick's Day parade is early so that we can get some good bands to come play.  It was a great day, nice and sunny.  We watched from the very beginning and I really didn't get to see anything because I was in the stroller and there were people in front of us.  It's all good, I got to relax.  After that, we headed to Target to pick up a few things we needed. 

Mommy is so not fair, she got all kinds of things for Sonyea and nothing for me. 

Today, I'm a bit cranky.  I think because yesterday was so messed up, I slept really crappy last night and was up early this morning.  I'm currently working on hour 3 of a nice long nap.  Mommy said we are doing nothing today but laundry.  Excellent!
