Trimming the Tree -

 For the first time Will helped decorate the Christmas Tree.  While Nick was off trimming trees of his own from the ice storm, Will and I put up the Christmas Tree.  At first I was hesitant in letting him help because I didn't want any ornaments to break.  But he was really good.  I was able to hang the majority of the ornaments around the tree...but Will clustered most of the ones he hung up together.  He was so proud of himself when he'd hang one up...he'd say, "look mommy, Will did it by himself!"

Every day he gets up and wants to come out and look at "his" Christmas Tree and wants to turn on the lights!

KinderCare Holiday Program

This year Will and the other two's "performed" to 10 Little Snowmen.  Will just look out in the audience and kept saying, "There's my mommy."  Once they were done, he didn't wait for us to come get him off the stage, he just made a b-line to us!

While the pre-schoolers were performing, he streaked across the stage and Ms. Julie headed him off on the other side of the stairs.

3rd Annual St. Nick's Day Pics with Santa

Once again we took Will to the Crestwood Mall to see Santa.  He wasn't too sure of the bearded man when we got there.  But I took pictures of the past two visits to Santa and he kept looking at the pictures, then looking up at Santa realizing that he had been happy and cozy on his lap.  He did a half "cheese" but at least captured a pic that most toddlers his age are hard pressed to get!

Second Dr. Visit

This was just to go over any questions and to have a consultation with the doctor.  She re-affirmed that the blood work and ultrasound looked great. Next doctor visit = January 2, we'll get to listen to the heart beat again!

Wt. = 149

We've begun telling more people.  It's going to be harder to not tell anyone now that things are going so well.

First Ultrasound!

 Visit the photo gallery for our first glimpse at our new little one.  Everything looked great.  I think our baby looks like Peanuts, Charlie Brown!  Not any indication of the sex...we're going to be surprised again anyway!

 This baby (egg) came from my right ovary in case that means anything!

We also got to hear the heartbeat.  I don't remember hearing Will's heartbeat three years ago.  I guess technology has already advanced!

Baby Doll Project Breakfast

We joined Will and his classmates for a breakfast to celebrate the completion of their baby doll project.  They picked the skin, eye, and hair color and then picked the outfit.  It was an 8 week project.  Little does Will know it takes 40 weeks to actually create a baby.  Not too long when you think about what God's creating!

 Will has to go to sleep with his "baby" every night.  We give him a kiss and tell him good night.  I'm hoping it will be a good transition to his new brother or sister!
