| However, he is now saying many things--sometimes on demand and other times just once. His regular words are: duck, truck, dog, and ball. He has said sauce a few times while exploring in the fridge. Maybe we have a budding chef on our hands.

| Ben is usually taking a bath near 7:30 and then getting bottle and bed by 8:00. We are not always on this schedule, but it seems to work for now. He naps about 45 minutes in the morning and anywhere from 1-2 hours in the afternoon.

| Not sure if he is going to be a rocker or just likes to say "No". He will shake his head to music and just for fun. We are trying to relate it to "No". Not sure if we are getting though--oh well, it is still cute.

| First tooth on the bottom left (if looking at him) came in today. He won't let you look at it, but if you catch him while eating, you can see it.

| Ben is sitting up a bit on his own. He likes to reach for toys and topples over a bit. He is making good gains. I think he will be doing it on his own very soon.

| Ben is slowly bending and getting his legs up. He has been pulling on his toys a last night, he put his big toe in his mouth. Yum!

| Sunday, February 1, 2008. He was sitting up on the floor and reached down to grab a toy. He found them and now seems to notice them more often while sitting up. He hasn't pulled them up while he is laying down, but maybe soon.

| Ben was a super traveler on our 10 hour car trip to Indiana. He slept most of the way and was just happy as a clam while we were there.

| Sunday January 11th--he was just laying on the floor in the den and rolled to his stomach. He pushed up on his hands and then rolled back over onto his back. Go Ben!

| Ben has several pacifiers, but after many tries, he comes back to this one. Thanks aunt Christa, I think you got it for us.

| Aunt Michelle sent us a CD with fun children's songs. His favorite is "When the Saints Go Marching In". He really kicks his feet and waves his hands.

| He has been putting his hands in his mouth for a while now, but a few weeks ago he began looking at them. He is trying to hold his bottle at times too. Well, at least his hands are touching it.
