My folks had a "little" accident
So now, I am going to be a big sister by 21 June 2007, HA, HA, them fools, fooled around a little much recently. I have no idea what is going to happen yet. But I will in the near future.
And what do you know. The old fools almost sold off my big luxurious pram for about 800 US dollars. The winning bid did come. However the bidder never showed. So we still have it - Lucky for us.
The updates of this homepage have been slow. My mum feels like 20 old age homes right. She could sleep for all of them. I keep her awake. whoever named it "MORNING nausea" must have been the biggest fool of all. In this house, it begins around noon, and ends at bedtime every night and every day.
I still don´t like the Giddy very much. But I loooove my gym classes!
Mum has added some new photos in the Equipment section.

Hi again,
Time to write some more updates - not that I am well-rested. I had a bad night last night. So we haven´t had much sleep this weekend.
I LOVE my gymball. It is SO much fun sit on it and jump while it moves a bit around in circles. The same thing goes for when I´m on my tummy, rolling round and round while my parents are singing.
None of them can carry a tune at all. But HECK, I couldn´t care less about that, because I am still 2 years old and 100 per cent TONE DEAF. I AM SO LUCKY, AIN`T I????
I am begining to like the "GIDDY". For those who ´haven´t seen it yet - look below. So far I love laying on my back and being rolled from side to side. But the old folks may soon move me to the sitting position and take me for a real spin in it - ALL THE WAY AROUND. This GIDDY thing is really meant for ballance training with small children like myself. But the old folks plan to keep for a LOOOOONG time, as it will do great as a toy as well.
I can jump up and down many times in a row now, and I love rolling around as well as jumping in the old folk´s dobblebed. Bad manners? Who cares, it is great for ballancetraining.
They have moved my 85 US dollar!!!!! kitchen into their own kitchen, as the old fridge has been moved out and sold to someone else. I am actually begining to really use it now. When my folks start cooking, I´l start cooking as well. I can make the weirdest meals, I´ll tell you that right now!!!!! Like vedgeables cooked with fruits, bread, cakes and ice cream!!!
I also love baking cakes and bread together with my mom. I am really good at it as well. I love shaping the bread and/or the buns, and I am a PRO at it.
Well, see you soon with more photos.

Hi to everyone,
I am 2 yrs. and 4½ mo. old now. And ofcause I have accomplished a few "things" since my mom wrote that milestone chart.
1. I have found ALL the detours in going to bed at night.
- Running around the house, hiding from the old folks
- Wanting TWO goodnight stories. One is no longer anough.
- Turning onto my tummy, so that they can´t kiss me goodnight.
- Whining, when they try to leave my room without having kissed me goodnight. They allways come back in.
- Asking for something to drink several times
- Wanting to go "pee" and, or "poo poo". AFTER they have put me to bed.
- Resisting to take off my chlothes.
- Resisting lifting my backside, so they can put the diaper on me.
- Playing with water when brushing my teeth.
- Wanting to talk all the time -AFTER they have put me to bed.
I have just started gym classes every Tuesday night. This is SO MUCH FUN.

I realize that some people outthere must be wondering about what on earth I was thinking, when I bought Sarah this huge pram. So I am going to state my reasons.
The pram weighs a massive 43(42.9) lbs/19,5 kg. The fold is enormous (if you want to fit it into a 5 seater ordinary car), it is as tall as The Stokke Xplory only bigger and the pricetag is leathal (almost 1200 US dollars incl. raincover, bassinet, insectnet and diaperbag but excl. shipping).
Apparently there is absolutely no reason what-so-ever to buy this pram. Like almost all other parents in Denmark/Europe we did it anyway. WHYDID YOU????
Well, dh. and I don´t do and never did drugs as well as alcohol. So we can´t blame it on those things.
No there are several other reasons:
This kind of pram is meant for outdoor napping during the day. Our babies sleep outside in the backyard or something alone and with the baby monitor on. This fact calls for A LOT of extra safety and comfort details for the baby.
Its height, its weight and the folding all play an important role what safety is concerned.
This pram ,like all the others uphere has not one - but two brakes. their construction is completely different from those on all other strollers and prams. They are both footbrakes. When pushed down to brake the pram, they don´t meet the wheels only like other brakes do on other strollers and prams. Instead these ones meet both the ground as well as the wheels and lift the pram a little bit off the ground. With both brakes down, the extra weight of a baby and the pram´s weight makes moving the pram extreemly difficult for meddelsome siblings etc. It is also pretty much impossible to turn it over - even for harsh weather conditions.
In order to release the brakes, one needs to grab the pram by the handlebar , pull it a bit upward and then push up the brake in front. Behind the pram is brake no 2. grab the pram by the rails, lift it a tiny bit and push up the brake. This cannot be done by small children. The handlebar is placed high up just like the child in the pram.
Being as tall as The Stokke Xplory, the baby is placed high up. So are all the carrycot deattachment devices. These are also well hidden away under covers. In order to seperate the carrycot from the chassis, one needs to push both slides (one on each side) forward and make a sharp pull upwards. This takes the effort of an adult person. Being this tall etc. makes deattaching the carrycot almost if not completely impossible to do for meddelsome siblings and their friends.
Only the top of the handlebar is adjustable and for one solid reason. IF the child for some stupid reason is not harnessed to the pram and decides to leave it by the front, there is no chance that the poor child can get caught betweem the carrycot and the handlebar and eventually get strangled.
Getting fingers etc caught in the unguarded wheels is not possible for even a 3-year-old.
The bassinet used for newborns is equipted with two short harnesses underneath it, so that it can be fastend to the bottom of the pram. It is also equipted with two rings (one on each side) underneath the mattress. these are for attaching a 5-point harness in it.
The pram has extra headprotection.
These prams are all-terrain prams - especially this one, because the storage basket is removeable. Remove it and you have a baby snow scooter. If you are goung shopping: just pull up the backrest.
Clearly, there is almost nothing in these prams for the adults. But then again, we are not the ones, who are supposed to go into the pram and let the children push it etc.right?
