| We all went to see Monsters Vs Aliens at the theater today. It was a lot of fun. I watched about 3/4 of the movie before I started to get bored and ran around. That's why Mommy said it was good that we go during the week, the first show of the day and it's been out for a long time. There was only two other people there and I didn't bother any of them.

Crazy kid has marks all over her back because she didn't care what she was summersaulting over. Toys, books, the chair!!

| With the help of the Sabres pillow, Sonyea can hoist herself up on the couch with some struggles. She knows she needs to get down feet first but often slips off. We keep the couch lined with pillows just for that falling occassion.

| She's been doing great by walking between us or having us come to us when we stand a few steps in front of her. Today, she stood up on her own and walked away from us. Then all day long, she started practicing by herself. She's up, she's down, she's up and down. We are all very proud!

Sonyea ended up spiking at 102.5 last night. Called the doctor and she didn't seem worried at all. As long as she was eating and drinking, she'd be fine. She hasn't had a poopy diaper since last evening though. We are through the worst. Now we just need to get back on schedule. She was up past 11:30pm last night!

| We've been eating avacado for a few days now, and I really didn't like it until today. I think it's the consistancy that I don't like. I have to "chew" it. But today, I ate it all up! I'm finally used to it. YUM! And Mommy made me some zucchini last week and I didn't like it one bit. I spit it all out every time she put some in my mouth. A friend of her's on WTE suggested mixing it with some cereal. What a difference. I ate it all up too and wanted more!! YUM again!

Today, we spent the day at Brian and Elisa's house. Sonyea loved watching and playing with Nathan. Daddy says it's ok for Sonyea to date and marry Nathan. As a matter of fact, he is the only boy she is allowed to look at. Nathan is expecting a baby brother or sister early next year so he was practicing playing with a baby. He did really good at playing "boo" with her and singing songs. Mommy got some great pictures and will get them up as soon as she can. It was so sweet to see them give each other kisses!

Her favorite toys lately have been her toes. She's always got them in her mouth. She is torn between the toes and her thumb! She's really taken to sucking her thumb a lot lately too.

Sonyea got a bit too much sun on her nose and cheeks. It doesn't seem to bother her, it's just a bit red. She was wearing her hat the entire time! Must have been when we were dancing.

She went to the Sanborn Craft Fair and neighborhood sale in Cambria. She saw a wild turkey and some farm animals. She got a really cool poncho, check back later for pictures. She was a very good girl!

This morning, Daddy got her from her crib and brought her to bed with Mommy. She rolled over and gave Daddy a kiss, then she rolled over and gave mommy a kiss. Then she rolled back and gave daddy kisses, and then again to mommy. It was so sweet!

She really is a pro now! Mommy still likes to hold it for her though. She can take it out of her mouth and put it back it. Although, she has been known to put it into her eye every now and then. Mommy likes to baby her baby!

Sonyea loved tasting Mommy's chocolate ice cream cone with chocolate sprinkles. She didn't get any sprinkles though, Mommy made sure of that!! She kept grabbing the cone and dove right in for more. She loved it and cried when she couldn't have more. When we got home, the cereal and bananas and peaches were not the same!

Daddy beat Mommy by 11 strokes!! The crazy part is Sonyea was in the snugli on daddy's chest!! He even putted one handed a lot. Just wait until next time, Mommy will win!

We went to Aggie's pool this afternoon. She cried at first because it was cold (75 degrees) and then seemed to relax and enjoy it! Even almost fell asleep!

Since mommy was so sick the last few days, she was very worried that Sonyea would catch it. She watched her like a hawk today. The temp didn't appear to go over 100 degrees at any point. Sonyea reacted very well to it. She just slept a lot more than the last few days and was very laid back. She did very well with taking the temp rectally too.

Yup, first time I gave her a bath all by myself. It wasn't as easy as I thought. She didn't cry, but I don't think she much enjoyed it either. Trying to get her wrapped up in the towel was the hardest part with no other hands to help. I think she got really cold because I wasn't fast enough with the lotion and clothes, but we did great otherwise.

She did it last night! I was so nervous even with the monitor on and I could hear every breath and wiggle. I even made Jimmy lock all the doors! She slept like a champ and didn't wake up crying to eat, just fussing like normal. I'm so proud!

| We ran out of the newborn size diapers last night. I thought there was one more pack. So, instead of running out for more, I just opened a pack of size1's. They actually fit her much more comfortable and are easier to put on when she wiggles. It makes me sad that she's out of the newborns, but all the newborn size clothes still fit.

We went to work with Daddy today for a few hours. Wanted to get out of the house. She slept the entire time we were out. She also met Uncle Dean today. He said she's beautiful and he knows beautiful, he's seen some ugly babies before.

Actually, I didn't even get to finish cooking it before she started screaming like she was in major pain. So I got her out of her swing and then turned off the stove and oven to nurse. Every time she fell asleep, I'd put her down so I could get dinner finished and she'd wake up screaming. Finally after 45 minutes, I got dinner ready and then she woke up screaming again. Finally got her calmed down enough so that I could eat cold mac and cheese, a warm salad, and cold breaded chicken patty.

Yup, we used the sucky thing. =) She had a bunch of snot up her nose and she kept sneezing. Some came out and I've never seen a booger that big before, but we had to use the bulb to get the rest out because it was too far up there. She didn't put up a fight at all. I'm so proud of her.

Sonyea hadn't pooped since Friday night and was acting like she was in pain and being really fussy. Put the call into the pedi to find out if we should be worried. They gave us a list of things to try. We tried the Karo syrup. She pooped later that night. But seems to be constipated again.

| When a baby is hungry, you must feed it! We were at our WIC appointment and she was hungry, so I fed her. It was tricky because I've never done it discreetly before. At home we just whip it all out. =) I think we did a great job!
