Early this morning, Mommy heard that Chenango Bridge's Fire Station was doing a Car seat safety check so Mommy and I got dressed and headed out the door.  We dug out Zia's seat and brought that with us too.  Mommy is so proud of Daddy for having my seat installed properly.  Way too many parents don't have their car seats installed right and they are dangerous, but not mine.  I was perfectly safe!!  The lady had to take my seat out and move it though.  Mommy thinks that when Zia gets here I won't leave her alone so we put one seat next to each window.  I'm now sitting behind the driver's seat.  Mommy is sick to her stomach about it because the safest place for kids is the middle seat but me and my sister can't both sit in the middle seat.  We need a van!!!!

The lady moved my seat and installed Zia's seat while I ran around the car, pretended to drive, accidently beeped the horn (inside the fire station where it echoed.  Mommy said everyone laughed though so it was cool), heard the fire siren (boy was that LOUD!!!),  and used the key to "lock and unlock" the door.  I got a sticker  too. 

After we finished the carseats, Mommy pulled the car out so others could have their seats checked and we went back inside to have my Safe Child Card made.  I was really good there too.  I ran around the room and checked out everything.  I had my fingers scanned for my fingerprint and had my picture taken for my ID card.  We even got one for Daddy too.  Mommy hopes we never have to use it but it's good to have. 

We got home and had some lunch and took a nap and then I spent a lot of time helping Daddy clean up the bedrooms and playing with Play Doh.  I really like the playdoh.  I wouldn't talk to Grammie on the phone because I was busy with my project.  I really like using the scissors!!  What a great present that was!

Even though I'm really on Mommy's nerves right now, she still got me up early and dressed and out the door in time to meet some friends at the mall for Farm Days.  We met up with my friends Michelina, Braedon, Alaina and saw Nicole and Caroline there.  Oh and we ran into Donovan and Kait for a second.  We got there just in time to walk through the petting zoo.  I got to pet two rabbits, two baby chicks, an alpaca, and a calf that is only a week old.  I got to see some really big Tom Turkeys that pretty much scared me every time they made a noise.  Mommy said the two boys were fighting over the 3 girls and that's why they were so vocal and had their tails in the air.  They were really neat to see though.  I was really well behaved and Mommy was very proud of me until we got into the car and that's when I started to get naughty.  I'm still not feeling very well so it was home to bed for me.  It was nice to get out and see our friends and burn off some energy.

I caught Mommy's cold.  I'm coughing, sneezing and blowing my nose all the time.  When my nose starts running and I need it taken care of, I yell "NOSE" and Mommy grabs me a tissue.  Have you ever heard of a two year old being able to blow their nose?  I can.  It's a productive kind of blow too.  Mommy is so proud.  Yesterday, the weather was really nice and Daddy took me to the track to ride my bike.  I just wanted to run around though.  I didn't cooperate or listen so Daddy ended out trip.  It was really windy there too and neither of us were really dressed for the wind.  We went on a business lead instead. 

Sorry there hasn't been any updates lately, but we've been home bodies lately.  Mommy was sick all last week and is just now starting to feel better and now I'm sick.  We are missing a playdate right now because Mommy doesn't want to risk getting our friends sick.  I hope to feel better tomorrow because we are supposed to meet some friends at the mall for Farm Days!  We'll keep you updated. 

Zia's birthday is coming up fast!  Only 32 days left until I get to meet my sister.  Grammie is going to come here and stay with me.  It's going to be a fun week!

First of all, let me just say, whoever invented Daylight Savings time sucks.  I was up late again last night, then I had a bad dream and was up for a little bit overnight and then Mommy woke me up early this morning.  That cruel person that came up with the idea to turn the clocks back didn't have children that valued their sleep. 

We got dressed and even had to wake up Daddy.  He wasn't very happy either about being up all night and then getting up early.  We went downtown and I was really excited.  There were a lot of kids there but it wasn't a full house.  I really didn't know what to expect.  Luckily we didn't get there too early because I was in no mood to sit still.  I was pretty excited to see Elmo and Oscar but we didn't see Oscar for a long time.  Mommy thought I'd have a much bigger reaction than the one I had.  I really didn't have a reaction when I saw them.  I did a little bit of dancing and a little bit of whining and even cried a little bit.  I was just really tired.  I did have a lot of fun though.  Mommy and Daddy could tell afterwards with the way I talked about all the monsters we saw.  Mommy took some pictures of the characters so I would remember. 

I was up in the middle of the night again and I like when that happens.  I get to sleep with Mommy.  Mommy doesn't like it much though because it takes so long for me to fall back asleep.  And Vicky woke us up early so I was pretty cranky.  After watching my new favorite movie, Monsters, Inc, we got dressed and went to Mommy's doctor's appt.  I got to hear my sister's heartbeat again.  It's such a neat sound.  Her doctor showed me where my sister is and we scheduled the date for her birth.  Check out her website for that date.  http://www.totsites.com/tot/new-knapp-baby  I was almost ready to get really really cranky when we got called in and Mommy was very proud of me for being a good girl. 

Afterwards, we drove over to see Grandpa John and Grandma Lois for a little while.  I had a lot of fun running around the circle and playing with the tape recorder and laptop toys that Grandma has just for me.  Grandpa took some really neat photos of me and hopefully he'll send some to us so we can post them here.  He really has an awesome camera and takes great action photos of me.  We are really sorry there hasn't been as many updates as there should be, but Mommy has been sick and we haven't done anything exciting except watch way too much tv.  We overstayed our welcome because I was sooooooo tired.  By the time I got home I went right to bed.  I really need the sleep.  Mommy is afraid I'm coming down with her cold.  She hopes it's not bad because next week we have a lot of fun stuff planned.  So look for a lot of updates then. 

My new carseat came in the mail today!  YAY!!!  Since I outgrew my old one, Mommy and Daddy wanted to make sure that I stay safe so they bought a really nice one.  I love it and played in it all day long today.  Mommy hopes I don't get too mad when it goes into the car instead of sitting in my livingroom.  Daddy said I look like a fighter jet pilot in my seat.
