Mommy had an appointment for baby Nemo today.  I got to go with her but Daddy had a lot of work to do so he didn't go.  We got to hear the baby's heartbeat for the very first time today.  I was a really good girl while Mommy was being checked out.  Up until it was almost time to leave.  Mommy had to fill out some paperwork and I just wouldn't cooperate.  I kept running away and screaming.  I bet I scared a few of the other Mommies in the waiting room.  See what they have to look forward to?? 

Afterwards, we went to Otsiningo Park today to play with my friends Michelina, Myles Cara, and Sam.  I had a really good time playing on the swings and slides and climbing.  Mommy forgot her camera though.  Afterwards, we met Daddy for lunch again!  We met him the other day too.  It's always fun to meet up with Daddy during the day!

As we were getting ready to go vote, Hollie and Alyssa came down to visit.  We played kick ball and ran around the parking lot.  We played in the leaves and had some fun. The weather is so nice out today, we had to get out and play. 

Alyssa had to leave to have some lunch and take a nap, so Mommy and I got ready and walked down the street to the Town Hall.  They didn't have Mommy's name there, so we kept walking down the street to the Fire Station.  There it was!

I was kinda weirded out by being in the closed curtain, but Mommy said it was all good.  We voted for our guy and pulled the lever again and it was over.  I didn't want to walk home, so Mommy carried me on her shoulders and we sang songs the whole way home.

Mommy said she used to do this with me. Gave me her t-shirt to snuggle with so I would sleep better.

We were up early and played hard.  We got dressed and left around noon to get Kayla and went to the zoo!!  What a fun place.  I got to run all over the place.  I met the elephants, giraffe and got a close up meet up with a monkey.  That little guy was smaller than me and was chattering away at me and then charged the glass at me.  Everyone thought it was funny, but it kind of scared me. Mimi thought it was because the monkey didn't like my pumpkin sweater.  The Buffalo Zoo is a great place.  If you haven't been there, you should visit.  It's a lot of fun.  We got to see the gorillas eating and saw the Rainforest building for the first time.  I got really cranky at the end though because everyone forgot my blanket and I was really hungry and tired. 

When we got back, Mommy and I laid down in bed and I fell asleep really fast and took a 2 hour nap in the big kid bed.  When I got up, Jessie was there!!  We played with the balloons we got the from Mighty Taco.  If you've never had a Mighty taco....yummy... get one!!!

I got dressed in my Nemo costume and then we went outside.  The strangest thing happened...people were dressed up costumes and scary faces and kept walking up to our steps and saying "trick or treat."  Then Mommy gave them candy.  Mommy and Daddy got ready and we started walking down the street.  Megan from next door came over and gave me candy.  Yumm.  Then we kept walking and they tried to make me walk up to people's porches and get candy.  I didn't like that idea.  I just wanted to walk and keep walking. 

Daddy lifted me up on his shoulders and then I was brave enough to go up to all the doors and ask for candy.  I said a lot of thank you's and a lot of "boo!"  It was fun.  We didn't get that many pictures because it was dark and the camera wouldn't take good pics, but there are a few good ones.  Check out the photo section.

After we did most of the houses on Mimi's street, I got back in my costume and got in Mimi's car and went to visit Cindy and Dr Bo.  They had a lot of decorations everywhere and gave me candy and cookies and chips and donuts.  Mommy was really surprised that I ate some dinner after all the crap I ate while we were out.  She also thinks that 9pm was the latest dinner ever!! 

We tried to stay up to hang with Gaka, but Mommy couldn't do it.  We went to bed.  It was a good Halloween!!

When we got up this morning, we packed up the car and headed to Buffalo.  It was a fun trip.  I got to watch a few movies.  I saw Babe for the first time.  There was a talking pig and horse, puppies, duck...  lots of animals.  After we had lunch, I got to watch Nemo.  I love watching Nemo.

We got to Grammie's house and there was nobody there!!  I was so disappointed.  Mimi and Gaka got home shortly after we got there.  I got to hang out and play all night long.  I took Mimi out for a walk and when we were going back, Mommy and Daddy were leaving!!!  I was cool with it though because I had my Mimi and Gaka.  We played and then went for dinner.  I showed off to all the waitstaff.  Doing all my animal noises and saying hi to everyone. 

I was still awake when Mommy and Daddy got home from the Sabres game.  They were pretty disappointed because it was a crappy game, but they said they had a great night out.  After playing for a little while longer, Mommy and I hit the bed hard and fell asleep fast!

Every morning, I wake up and ask to watch Nemo.  I figure if I continue to ask, I'll eventually get to watch it.  Here's how this morning's conversation went.  True story!!!

Me:  "Nemo??" 

Mommy:  "No, no Nemo this morning.  We have to get Vicky out and fed, and then eat breakfast."

Me:  "Elmo?"

Mommy:  "No, not unless it's on Sesame Street this morning."

Me:  "Football??"

Mommy:  laughing:  "Definitely, not." 

Mommy was informed today that animal noises counts as a word!!!  I seem to be learning new words and actions every day!!!

I threw a hairy cow tonight because I wanted to go outside and play.  It was almost dark, but Mommy said ok.  We put on our shoes and sweatshirts and out we went.  I didn't know how many leaves were on the ground because we haven't been back there in a long time.  Mommy used her feet to make a huge leaf pile and I thought it was pretty cool.  I was running around and ran right into the pile.  Mommy thought it was the cutest thing ever and so she showed me how to JUMP into it.  I was laughing and jumping and screaming.  It was so much fun!!!  I didn't know leaves could be so entertaining.  Mommy was pretty sad she didn't get any cute pictures but she didn't want to spoil the fun by stopping to go home and get the camera.  Maybe another day we can play in the leaves.  You'll just have to trust me on how cute and how fun it was!!!
