Ever since Grammie came to visit last week, I've decided that I don't want to sleep in my crib anymore.  Not even with the side taken off.  I've decided to sleep on the futon.  Mommy or Daddy lays down with me until I fall asleep, which is usually pretty quick lately AND Vicky sleeps with me too. 

Mommy took this as I was waking up one more morning the other day.

After dinner, I decided I wanted to help Mommy clean up.  I took her dirty dishes and put them into the sink.  Daddy joked about washing them and putting them in the dishwasher.  I didn't think he was joking though.

I rinsed the plates.

And everything else that was in the sink.  Mommy said I did a GREAT JOB.

I was so excited for gymnastics today that I was up bright and early at 7am!  Daddy got home from work and stayed with me so Mommy could sleep in.  As a result we took Zia with us to gymnastics.  It's always fun and we are trying to find a way in our limited budget to fit in another session of gymnastics because I'm really good at it and I really like it. 

After naptime I started to get really annoying and just needed to do something.  Daddy stayed with Zia and watched football and Mommy and I went for a walk to the store. 

We stopped to check out the gazebo.  The birthday cake is gone but there's some fall decorations up that we hung out with.  Mommy took a short video, be sure to check it out on the video page.  There's a bunch of photos from our walk up in the photo section.  Sorry Mommy didn't put them here, she's on limited time and really wants to go to bed.  It's after midnight and she should be sleeping since me and Zia are.

We also came across a really really big puppy.  His name is Zane and all he wanted to do was lick me.  I was laughing the whole time and it took his owner AND Mommy to hold back that dog to keep him from jumping on me.  I can't wait to see him again! 

We went to a place called Russell Farms today to find some apples and get some great photos of me and my sister.

Mommy was worried that it was going to be a bust like yesterday.  The place we went to closed before we even got there. 

Today, the place we went to was having a party.  Let's celebrate Fall with some great produce.  Fresh apples right from the trees, pumpkins of all sizes and peppers and tomatoes and onions and everything fall. 

They had a bouncey house that I wasn't interested in and a "petting zoo" that had a dog, a goat and some chickens and ducks and down at the end was a GIANT horse.  The sign said pony rides and Mommy asked if I wanted to ride.  I said yes. The only problem was there were a few girls ahead of me and I was trying to be patient but I did a lot of whining. 

FINALLY, it was my turn.  I had to put on a helmet "just in case."

Then a lady helped me up.  Mommy was surprised I let her help me.

I was really enjoying the ride.

Mommy said it was a very special thing for me to do all by myself and Zia is too small.  I thought that was pretty cool. 

Mommy was all excited to go apple picking and today we finally got the chance.  Mommy can remember doing it when she was little so having me to it with her is really fun. 

Since we couldn't get to Buffalo to go with our family up there, we took Grammie with us today.  The trees aren't as tall as they are where Mommy likes to go, but the apples are just as good!

There's a place in Brackney, PA called Russell Farms.  We walked all the way down to the end where the cortland apples are.  Those are the ones Mommy likes.  The trees weren't very full and what was on the trees were really crappy.  But we kept walking.  Further down the aisle is where all the big, juicy apples are.  You can tell that people were picking the apples close by and being lazy.  Mommy got a giggle out of that one.  There were so many great apples on those trees.  We didn't go all out because they usually don't get eaten.  Mommy is hoping I'll help her eat them this year. 

I didn't eat my breakfast this morning.  Mommy is still trying to figure out why.  After picking a few apples I decided to eat one.  Mommy took one  bite to get me started and I finished the whole thing!  I got a little confused when I got to the bottom where the seeds are but Grammie helped me turn the apple and eat some more.  Thanks Grammie!

Mommy said the best part of the pumpkin farms is the photo ops!  Mommy didn't take too many but we sure got a few good ones!  She sure loves her pumpkin/kid pictures. 

Zia's half birthday is coming up on Monday and Mommy said I had cupcakes for my half birthday so we made cupcakes for Zia's half birthday.  (run on sentence much??)

I was all excited to help Mommy make them. 

I put all the papers into the pan.

Then I cracked the eggs.

Then I mixed it all together.

Then I licked the bowl. 

Since there's no school on Monday for Columbus Day, Grammie drove out to see us.  She got here shortly after I woke up from my nap and will stay until Monday afternoon. 

She brought me some really cool things too.  A new princess jump rope, you should see me jump!  A Halloween decoration that looks like a witch and my new princess poncho.  I love it!  Thanks Grammie.

It is almost 70F outside.  The sun is shining and I'm going stir crazy!!  Daddy had to drop off something for Uncle Johnny and he decided to take me to the zoo!!  They are open special today because of the nice weather.  They are closed for the season already though, that makes me sad but it's getting cold outside so it's time. 

Zia and Mommy stayed home because Zia is still sick so I got a special date with Daddy.  After the zoo, we had Burger King for lunch.  Hamburgers are my favorite!  No pickels please.
