We had breakfast with Grandpa John and Grandma Lois this morning.  I was such a good girl again!  I was coloring and telling stories.  I ate my whole breakfast like a champ.  Yummy cottage cheese, toast, egg and a few home fries.  Then we went to the Rail Trail with Daddy.  I got a new wagon last night and we tested it.  It's awesome!! 

We hit up the playground again.  It was much more busy today since it's Sunday.  There was a swing just waiting for me too.  I did a lot of climbing, I also did a lot of sliding.  Daddy helped me at the top of the slide and Mommy helped me at the bottom.  I was screeching and yelling.  It was so much fun!

After a very short nap, Mommy took me out front to walk around.  We watched the cars drive by and I even checked out the dead leaves and grasses.  I climbed up and down the stairs too.  I'm having more and more fun exploring everything!!

You should see me walking.  I still crawl more but I'm getting more and more brave about getting up and walking.  What a great day!

It's official, I can walk!  I still choose to crawl most places because I can get there FASTER but Mommy is so proud of me.  I even practice all on my own.  I still forget that I can't run yet.  I'm also not very good at stepping over toys.  OOps, guess I'll have to stop making a mess.  (Why is Mommy laughing?)

This morning, we meet up with a few mommies from the local message boards at the Mall for the Annual Farm Days.  I got to pet some alpacas, and a baby goat and even a duck.  The duck was really cool.  I've never got to touch anything like that before and I was really, really gentle because Mommy said I had to be.  I did bang the one alpaca on it's head though.  We also met up with Aunt Elisa, Nathan and Hunter and showed them around.  We saw some cool bees too.  Mommy said she doesn't like bees.  After a very busy morning, we had lunch at Ruby Tuesday's.  Thanks Elisa for buying!  I had some very yummy mac and cheese.  Nathan was such a nice guy, he shared his fries with me.  YUMMY!!!  Mommy kept telling me no, but Elisa and Nathan kept giving them to me.  I said thanks once.   

A walk in the park!!!

The weather outside today was very warm.  We packed up my walking toy and headed to the RailTrail.  We went to the playground and I got to climb on some spiral stairs, did some really high swinging and even went down (then up) the slide.  It was a lot of fun.  Wish we had some friends to share it with though. 

After doing some hard core playing, Mommy let me walk with my toy back to the car.  Check out the video to see some walkin' fun. 

Mommy said I'm really close to walking full time.  I do a lot of walking each day, but I know I can get where I want to faster by crawling.  I'm so proud of myself when I do walk.  I always finish the last three steps by falling into Mommy's arms!!

It's been a very, very long time since we've gotten another tooth.  The bottom 3rd next to the first is finally in!!  Her gums are swollen in the back too, so maybe molars are on the their way??  We'll keep posting as they pop!

Sonyea learned how to say her "L's" the last few days.  I've been trying to catch the new "words" and "phrases" on video but as soon as she sees the camera she stops talking because she wants to play with it.  I'm really, really trying.  I have over 30 minutes of videos that have her talking for a few seconds and they aren't very good.  I'm going to try to keep the camera handy at all times at all costs to try to catch the cuteness!  She's been saying "la la la lie" a lot lately. 

Sonyea woke up from her nap with both shoes in her hands.  We decided that was her sign for us to get out of the house and head to the park.  We got all dressed up and put on Vicky's collar and leash and headed to Rec Park.  There we set up Sonyea's walking toy and let her loose.  She was so proud of herself walking through the park all by herself.  It was really, really windy though so we didn't stay long.  Just long enough to get a little bit of walking in, swinging and sliding.  Once we get another non-windy day, we will head out again and be sure to bring the camera this time!!  I'm so mad I forgot it!!!!

Today, we can get back to schedule!  Grammie and Grandpa came into town on Friday.  We went to the mall and hung out.  Saturday, we did a lot of playing too!  Uncle Keith, Aunt Alyssa and Cousin Jacob came over again to play.  We had a great dinner and then everyone headed out to the hockey game again. I stayed at home with Grammie and Grandpa.  We played hard!  I was also up really late again tonight.  Sunday morning, they woke me up!  Can you believe that??  I was still sleeping and they came in my room early and made me get up. I was such a good girl for being so tired though.  I dressed in my new pretty dress and shoes.  Then they gave me a basket with some cool new animals in it for my Ark and Train.  I love the alligator and the hippo!  

We went to breakfast with Great Grandma Elaine and Grandpa Skully and Grandma Patty.  Aunt Midge and Neil were there, and Uncle Johnny and Cousin Johnnie.  Grandpa Ron and Grammie went with us too.  Aunt Leslie and Uncle Gary didn't show up though.  We were sad we didn't get to see them.  After eating breakfast, we went home and I took a nap.  I was sooooo tired. 

Then, THEY WOKE ME UP AGAIN!!!!!  The nerve!  We went to Great Grandma Kay's house for some lunch and family time.  I loved watching all the kids play.  Jordan and Taylor, Tommy and Linden, Emily....  almost everyone was there.  Mommy said next time we get together I'll probably be walking and I'll be able to keep up with all the kids.  We even took Grammie and Grandpa Ron over there to meet everyone.  Grammie had met some of the ladies at Mommy's baby shower for me, but we re-introduced everyone. 

We want to say a special hi to Cousin Mindy.  We finally got her email address and she'll be able to keep in touch with mommy now and she can see all my fabulous pictures.  

After my morning nap today, we are going to meet up with Elisa, Nathan and little Hunter at the Discovery Center.  I'm looking forward to going since I've never been there.  It'll be fun!

We met up with our mommy friends at Chuck E Cheeses again.  I really like watching all the kids there.  I even met the big cheese himself (again).  I ate a lot of chicken and pineapple pizza and met Patrick and Anderson for the first time!  I kept staring at Anderson because he's so handsome.  And Patrick was waving at us and he loved running around.  He was so red faced he had so much fun.  My mommy wouldn't let me out of my stroller because she said she didn't want me to get stepped on. 

We heard that Grammie and Grandpa Ron are coming this weekend!!  YAY!  We get to spend Saturday night together while Mommy and Daddy go to the hockey game with Uncle Keith and Aunt Alyssa.  I also get to play with Jacob again for a little while on Saturday.  I'm really looking forward to it!

Mommy put up the Easter Bunny photo from this year too.  She is so surprised at how similar I look to mommy's photos from she was a baby.  Mommy said she's going to scan some of those pictures for everyone to see but they are in my room and I'm sleeping.  Shhhh!  Maybe tomorrow.  Please be sure to drop us a note and say hi!
