Mommy's friends on WTE started talking about how big their babies are and how it was just yesterday that we brought our beauties home.  A few of them posted their car ride home pics.  Mommy went looking, there aren't any of me during that first car ride, but she did find one on the way to the hospital for a blood draw....

Then she found her most favorite picture of me.  It was taken shortly after I was born and all cleaned up. 

I can't tell time yet so I have no idea of the concept but my mommy can.  She gets so happy and sad at the same time looking at these pictures.  Mommy says that I look the same today as I did back then but not as sleepy and today my eyes are always open wide.  I'm so curious about everything.  It makes mommy wonder what I'm thinking. 

We were walking through Sam's Club tonight and I was just yelling at everything and everyone.  I was the life of the store!  I was so tired though that I didn't smile at anyone who stopped to talk back at me, I just studied them and continued yelling.  I'm really good at yelling. 

Now that I am feeling better, mommy keeps trying to get me back on my normal schedule.  It's not happening.  Tonight, I went to bed at 7:30pm.  That's very early and I bet I'm up for the day really early tomorrow.  Mommy isn't very happy with that thought. 

Thanks to everyone who sent us well wishes when I was sick.  And to our WTE friends, thanks for all the support.  Mommy couldn't have made it through the waiting for the doctor to call back without you!  Even though I told mommy I was fine!

Today, my daddy worked on a job and got paid and he took my picture with all the green.  I wanted to play with it but Mommy and Daddy didn't like that.  I thought we were going shopping. 

First off, we want to take a moment of silence for the victims of 9/11.  Never forget!  Mommy was telling me all about it and it sounded really scary and a lot of people lost their life. 

Today, I was very upset.  I wouldn't take my afternoon nap because my gums hurt so bad.  I was so cranky and upset that Mommy was getting cranky and upset.  She gets so stressed out when I cry.  I don't understand why I have to hurt so much as I grow up.  It's not fair.  After awhile, Mommy gave me some "teething tablets."  I really don't like them, they are chalky and yucky.  You know what?  I felt so much better after a few minutes that I was laughing and playing and watching Jeopardy!!  Then my Mommy found a toy in the front closet that our cousin Kate gave to us that used to belong to Linden.  She cleaned it all up and let me play with it. I was so happy.  It is such a fun toy.  It has some great music on it and has lots of activities on it.  Mommy said she'll post a picture later.  I hadn't smiled so much all day long!  Thanks to Cousin Kate for giving that to us.  Mommy had to take the legs off so I can play with it now, but in a few months when I'm walking (what's that?) she'll put them back on and I can stand and play. 

Today (Sept 9th) is my Daddy's 33rd Birthday.  He is finally as old as my Mommy!  We went to Grandma Patty's employee Picnic at Cole Park.  It was a lot of fun, especially when Grandma gave me some ice cream.  We were going to share, but then I got my hands all over it and wouldn't give it up!!  We got some great pictures.  YUMMY!!  We are also celebrating the opening day of Giants football!  Be sure to check out those pictures too.  They are in the Sept folder. We really need to get a pink hat or something for when we go out in my Giants outfit.  Everyone who doesn't know me thinks I'm a boy, but it really doesn't matter.    

I took a bath in my new tub ring in the big tub tonight.  I really wasn't sure about it.  I do know that I need more tubbie toys!!!  That's a big place with lots of water and the toys float.  Did you know that?  I didn't.  I kept trying to lean over to pick them up, they'd dive down to the bottom and then come up for air.  I was very tired because I took a very short afternoon nap, that's probably why I didn't play much and wasn't too thrilled with the big tub.  Mommy made a really big deal out of it.  Daddy filmed me with that giant video camera that he lugs on his shoulders.  It's ok, I'm looking forward to seeing myself on tv in a few years!  Mommy and Daddy need to use that dinosaur more often so I have lots of movies of myself!    

Yesterday, we found our bath tub ring at a consignment shop.  Mommy has been looking around forever for one.  Ebay seems to be the only place that has them and shipping costs are through the roof!  We got really lucky and found one for $5!!  We saved at least $10 in shipping fees!  YAY!

Tonight, we went to Los Tapatios for dinner.  We just love going there.  We celebrated Daddy's birthday with Grandpa John and Grandma Lois and SURPRISE Great Grandma Kay and Great Grandpa Roger were there!  We love them so much!  They were all in awe about what a good girl I am.  I got to have guacamole again.  Daddy got fried ice cream for his birthday and I got to have some too.  My favorite thing to do though is pull on Grandpa John's beard.  It's so fun.  He's so goofy!  The waiter couldn't keep his hands off me I'm just THAT cute! 

We went to the Rosmond Gifford Zoo in Syracuse, New York today.  It was the first time for all of us visiting there.  They don't recipricol with the Binghamton Zoo anymore and from the sounds of it they wouldn't take our AZAK card, so we said we worked at the Buffalo Zoo instead.  It looks as if we'll have to buy a Buffalo Zoo membership in order to continue to get into these zoos.  Stupid AZA, they have the best intentions, but really they are just stupid! 

We got the chance to see some really cool birds at the bird show.  They just parade them around though, they don't do anything cool. That would have been fun.  We missed a few of the other demonstrations though. We were NOT going to miss the elephant demo.  Check the Sept picture folder for what we did.  It was awesome.  Mommy cared more than I did.  She said I might never get the chance to do it again.  And she made sure to thank the elephant.  I think that was kind of silly, but Mommy knows what she's doing when it comes to zoo animals!

The picture over there, is me pretending to be a penguin.  I really liked the penguins because they swam around a lot! 

We have a few birthdays this month.  First is my favorite Daddy on the 9th. 

Grandma Patty on the 16th.  Cousin Jared on the 11th and Cousin Johnnie's is this month too, but we can't remember which day.  We'll get it figured out!

And Grandpa Ron on the 25th!

Nothing really new to report really.  I am sleeping like a champ, eating just as good. Playing up a storm and just laughing at everything.  I'm such a good baby!!  Mommy and Daddy can't complain about anything.  Winning that lottery would have made things better though.  We'll keep trying!

Today, we went on a Carrousel ride with Grandma Patty and Grandpa Skully.  Mommy made a montage of the little bit of film that was taken.  It was really hard to get good footage because Daddy was riding a horse too.  I really liked it and thought it was very calm and soothing.  I was mesmerized by how we were moving and wanted to close my eyes and take a nap.  I waited until we were in the car on the ride to the restaurant. 

Mommy and Daddy ate at Los Tapitios.  It's their favorite Mexican Restaurant.  Mommy let me try some guacamole.  YUMMMMM!!!!  I had my mommy buy an avacado when she went to the grocery store tonight.  She said we have to wait until it's a bit more ripe and Mommy finds out how to prepare it.  I can't wait!
