HERE'S A CRY FOR HELP!!!!

I won't take a bath anymore because I'm afraid of getting my hair washed. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Here's what we've tried already::

laying down on the kitchen counter forward and backward
laying down in the tub
a visor over my eyes
a washcloth over my eyes
having me dump water
a squirt bottle
a washcloth to wash/rinse
a specially made cup with a soft edge against my forehead (I won't even try this one)
laying down on Zia's bath ramp

Mommy and Daddy are tired of the fights even though we only wash my hair once or twice a week depending on the temperature/how dirty I am.

Louisa hates this, too. She still usually wimpers.

We've tried all those things and what works best: I hung a picture on the ceiling over the tub; she stands in the tub (empty or full) and is instructed "look up at the stars" and she looks straight up and I pour the water down her head and back. She sometimes uses a visor and sometimes doesn't.
