Almost 1 and an update!

Its been a while since I have had a chance to update the journal. A lot has been going on.
- Sophia started whole milk and her reaction was no reaction at all. She seemed to love it the same way she loved formula. There was no cool, "YUM!" type reaction. She just drank what I gave her and liked it. I know its too much to hope that she gets to be this way about everything.
- She is self feeding more and more. Exhibit A:
- And she has started taking steps. She started this last monday with 3 steps in a little Frankenstein type walk. Ever since then she has been steadily picking up the pace to 5 steps, standing up on her own without using anything to pull herself up. Its awesome. She does not always do it - and she definitely does not do it when the camera is out but I am trying to be patient. LOL. The fact is - she is taking steps!
- My little baby turns ONE next Friday! We are planning a big bash for her. It is all very exciting.
