Dear Wyatt and Lisa, Granny has never written to you at this site before. I came here tonight to see what you have been up to today! Granny went to see Auntie Laura, Eric, Gabby , and to see Sean play soccer tonight. Granny is praying to Jesus that you will be extubated soon, that you will continue to tolerate your calories, that your oxygen levels will stand at an exceptable level and all those things that will help you get strong and one of these days, you will be able to kick the soccer ball too. I hope Mommy gets to hold you more, so you can feel her comfort, she loves you and I love you. Granny's Bible Study group of ladies prayed that God, with the wisdom He gives the doctors, would heal you from the tips of your toes to the top of your head. The weather is nice now honey, do you remember those nice warm days last summer when Mommy and you could go out for a walk in the fresh air. I know you must be looking forward to those walks again. Keep on trusting God Lisa, when nothing or no one can seem to give you answers and peace, God can. His promises are true. Jesus said "cast all your care upon me, come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest. Your great great grandmother used to sing "theres not a friend like Jesus, no not one, no not one, so keep on trusting, and we will see His purpose in Wyatt's life. I love you precious ones, Granny Cels

So glad to hear you have had a stable couple of days. I am praying that your extubation goes well. You continue to show us how strong and truly amazing you and your mom are! Soon you will only be fussing for your mom to replay Baby Einstein! Praying that day comes soon!

I'm sure most of you have absolutely no idea who I am... I work at Ornge with Lisa Marie. I'm pretty sure I was there the day the call came in to fly him down to Sick Kids. She first told me about Wyatt a LONG time ago, and has been forwarding me all of Laura's updates.

I'm right there with you with my fingers crossed for extubation soon. And I'm so glad his intake has gone up... is he putting on some weight?

Just wanted to let you know that Wyatt has touched people he doesn't even KNOW... rest assured, I'm celebrating every step along the way with you!

Lisa and Wyatt
Just sending a hug and hoping that our little man continues to behave himself - no more funny stuff !!!
How wonderful that you were able to actually bathe him and hold him, as you have been doing lately.
Your voice is calling him Lisa to wake up and smile at you, keep your spirits up Lisa!!!
You are one amazing young woman, and proud you are my granddaughter.
Love you both very much,
Granny
